The staff was super friendly and helpful ensuring that we had everything that we needed for our stay! It was cold the night we stayed, so they made sure there was an extra heater in the cabin so we definitely didn't get cold!! The cabin we stayed in was super cute and cozy with very comfortable beds. If we had stayed for longer than one night, there was a full kitchen with all the amenities so we could have cooked for ourselves whilst staying and enjoying the local thermal bath/hotsprings.

Nothing, it was great!

We had a couple of emergencies on our trip to the area. I had a non-cancellable reservation and could not make it to the motel as planned. I called, and they were very flexible. They were able to release our room and allow us to reschedule our reservation when we knew what our new travel dates were. Exceptional customer service!!

There were only two things that were annoyances. One they can attempt to rectify, the other they can't. #1. The room had a heavy chemical smell from the cleaning agents they used. It would be nice if they could try and address the smell (the room was very clean, but the cleaning smell was strong). #2. Also, the road noise is pretty loud throughout the night, but due to the motel's location, there is nothing they can do about this. We just ran the AC fan all night.

It has a good location to the hot springs. The management was very friendly.

The ad for this hotel is miss leading. It states rustic updated rooms, and it does not look like it has ever been updated. Doors stuck door locks to main doors not very secure. Bathroom door sticks, carpets were stained, and furniture is very old.

We never saw the staff, but our key was available for us and the cabin to our liking. It was a quiet place, with good beds. Since we stayed there on Labour Day we had some difficulties finding a restaurant, but in the end had dinner at the Hot Springs Hotel & Spa which was excellent and very closeby. We had breakfast at the Black Bear Café, also closeby and very good and cozy.

We went out for Breakfast since there was a good cafe in town. This was a cozy hotel, very western/country feeling. It was clean and people were friendly. Accomodations were fine. At this point in the trip we had already stayed at some of the overpriced places in the Yellowstone/Grand Tetons area and were hoping for a clean, pleasant hotel, affordable hotel in town, which we got . (It is not on a mountain top, by the way; it has a view of a butte called Round Top Mountain.) Our room did not have a chain lock or dead bolt and was on the first floor. Our friends had a chain lock. So not a high-security place if you are transporting valuables.

There was an older guy around the check-in area who offered to help take in our suitcases but he never actually made a move to do so. He was very friendly and talkative with plenty of stories. He seemed drunk but it may have been something else. We saw him a couple of other times in similar condition. Not threatening, just part of the local color, I think.

Cute little plain cabin was the same price as rooms. We had a really comfy bed and kitchenette with the basics. There is a porch with chairs to have your coffee on and a seating area with benches outside.

Could not find an ice machine and not a lot of outlets for charging but not a big deal.

The cabins here are fun, I've been here twice now. Great place to be near the hot springs and some of the best food in town (P6 pizza and the ice cream/burger/coffee place). The cabins are quaint and the location on the corner there is nice. Will definitely come back.

Spacious, clean room with fridge and coffee maker. Bed was large and comfortable. Pet friendly made it easy

The guests next to my room were banging doors, talking loudly, and in and out all night.

Easy check in, key was waiting for us, friendly staff, the room was large, clean and warm, bed was comfortable and had what we needed for the night.

The coffee maker didn’t work, and there is not really space on the property to walk our dog - but we survived both of those issues and I liked the room 🙂

Very nice, older motel but the room was large , comfortable bed nice shower. And the lady running it is very friendly and helpful, I will stay again when passing through.
