I really appreciated this comfy and homey mom-and-pop motel that's within a short walk of the Thermopolis State Park. Lovina, the proprietor, met us at the motel to give us our key and answer any questions that we had. We appreciated the mini fridge, microwave, and little coffee maker. There were even bottles of water and granola bars for us to have for a snack. The room was very clean and there was a table and chairs where we could sit and eat. Lovina also helped us to find a gift shop in town.

We could have used another towel rod in the bathroom.

We needed close access to the park and Star plunge and it was right around the corner. When you book the cheapest room on the market you don’t expect much… twin exceeded all our expectations. Kyle was awesome and got us checked in early, the room was clean and smelled so, also it was quiet and and everything worked perfectly and it was very comfortable we slept very well. We won’t even look anywhere else when we’re in thermopolis, twin rivers is our spot. Todd and Mandi Pyke. Traveling musicians.

Me and my husband stayed it was very clean and the lady of the place called me to make sure I was still coming and asked me when I was going to arrive so she could have our room nice for us when we got to the hotel she was very polite very nice person to deal with the hotel was wonderful all the way around I can't wait to go back to stay again

I loved everything I didn't have no dislikes

The motel is basic but the decor is tastefully cozy. The location is close to Taco John's and also a family run ice-cream shop across the street. Close to the hot spring baths, as well.

The host isn't always on site, but they apparently live close by and will come over to assist if called upon,

Super friendly staff, and worked with me on any issues we had. They were willing to help bo mater what.

The only issue I had was that we didn't have hot water. It wasn't that big of deal so I didn't even bring it up but it's the only thing I didn't like.

Very clean room. Nice front desk clerk to check us in. Air conditioner and darkening curtains. Convenient location.

Can't seem to leave the ceiling fan going without keeping the lights on.

Good, basic place.

When I arrived, I didn't know where to go to check in. Another guest had the same problem. A sign directing people to the store would be helpful.

Miss Lovina was very understanding caring end kind. The room was clean comfortable and fantastic

That it snowed and caused a LOT of road -& school closures

Convenient location, easy parking, low price, nice shower.

Thin wall to next door, but luckily they were quiet. Window shade didn’t fully hide the room from passersby (on first floor.)

The room had all the amenities we needed, it was clean and well decorated. Modest, but provided everything needed.

Wasn’t really anything we didn’t like.
