peaceful hotel away from the town so it's suitable if you are looking for some quiet time. Fanstastic view and atmostphere and luckily there are only 4 of us during our stay so enjoy it to the most.

the restaurant staffs need more training. we arrived late without dinner reservation so not much options to order, which is understable. however, we ordered the vegetarian soup and they brought it with minced meat. when we asked them, they just said the kitchen is closed and provided no solution or apology. while I'm Vietnamese, I understand this kind of responsibility avoidance behaviour but I would expect more professional service with this level of room charge.

I loved everything, the location is beautiful the people are very kind and always willing to help with my transport and Phong even took time on his day off to come with me on a trek. The food was great and very cheap. This place is very quiet deep in the mountain with beautiful scenery and I even had the dorm for myself. I definitely recommend

The pool could use a bit of cleaning but it does rain quite often which probably doesn't help keeping it clean

The breakfast was very delicous.There was many things to do there and the host was friendly.

Nights were noisy because guests sang karaoke.Hope the hotel would add a noise cancelation room for karaoke

Room was a bit more basic than anticipated with no air conditioning or heater.

The room was unclean. It was absolutely freezing which is expected for the location but there was no adequate way to heat the room. The air con has a heating function but it done absolutely nothing to heat the room. Electric heater or electric blanket is absolutely needed. I couldn't wait to leave.

We had some complains, but the management actually listend and even send us pictures of their improvments.
