Top Location, Polite staff, easy to reach every where, near to Restaurants and Cafe. But not 4 starts standard in B/f., Beddings, Lights, Cleaning, Swimming etc. Old Hotel needs renovation / stronger lights and Bed and bath needs change.

Dim lights and many places no light. Swimming pool closed . B/fast very simple . Cleanliness was not there. Other hotels with half the price were much better.

Location and customer services. Breakfast was nice, especially Phở, Bún Riêu, and Bún Bò. Amazing coffee! Room services were really nice! Many thanks to cleaning staff for keeping our room so nice and tidy!

The only minor was that the coffee pot was not heating up properly in the buffet breakfast. If we didn't check,we almost had cold coffees.

The breakfast was not that great, needs to improve.

The hotel location is across the street from the church thar rings the bell 4:30 am every day causing our sleep issue.

-Laundry service excellent and inexpensive. -Housekeeping excellent. -room service excellent -bellmen and front desk staff helpful

-Heater was not working first night. They fixed it. Only one thin blanket. Slept in robe second night -not enough lighting in the room and electrical receptacle below the picture is missing socket. -no wash cloths. Only 2 bath towels, two hand towels and a tiny bath mat for two adults daily. -shower/tub hard for elderly to get in and out of. -mattress was lumpy. Not comfortable -WiFi is weak signal, keeps dropping or does not exist. -massage was closed due to Tet -picture window dirty -breakfast is Vietnamese style, not Western style. One small toaster oven. The last morning there was a new toaster -Refrigerator was not working. Fixed after several complaints. The refrigerator repairman put all my sodas in the freezer and they froze solid -no shop to buy sodas or sundries
