Stayed here last year and it’s still up there for our expectations of a 4 star Hotel. Would return again and recommend to other travellers

Should allow early check in for senior hotel patrons. When requested for 1/2 - 1Hr earlier check-in but was turned down, a bit disappointed as my elderly Mum really needed a place to rest after long travelling time.

This hotel was extreme comfortable throughout our 3-night stay. Our room on the 7th floor was very nicely appointed and had a good view over Ca Mau City. The breakfast buffet was exceptional - one of the best we have ever had the pleasure of eating at. The restaurant dining room was also used for breakfast, the ambience of the room being impressive. All possible tastes were catered for!!!! The reception foyer with its high vault had frescos painted on the ceiling - shades of the Sistine Chapel (but obviously on a far smaller scale). Wonderful imagery. Top marks must go to all the hotel staff -ception, conceige, breakfast or housekeeping - all were polite, eager to help and extremely competent at all times. We must especially thank Mr Ngniem Loc, who assisted us so well in organising a specific tour for my wife to Ca Mau Cape and the adjacent mangrove forests - the one place in Vietnam she had still to visit! The one really big surprise for us was the swimming pool on the 10th floor - what a stunning view over the Ca Mau province - a 'must visit' place, just to be able to stand in the pool and admire the unbroken view to the east, west and the north!!!!

Everything. But, the high lights are: infinity pool, soooo delicious breakfast buffet, very attentive staffs, they went above and beyond to fulfill our special request.

There is a list of 20 something items that you need to make sure they are present in the room after you checked in. If you don’t itemize them, at checkout and if missing, you may be liable for them.

A very comfortable and modern hotel in Ca mau . The comfortable accommodations have a very cozy atmosphere and the room amenities are very thoughtful. The gym is good but too warm 🥵. The local foods are really good and tasty and within walking distance. The staff are so nice, friendly and supportive. Good breakfast buffet, Generally, a really great hotel in Ca mau, highly recommended!

The hotel was perfect for our needs visiting family. Breakfast, gym and pool were all great additions to the comfortable room. Aircon kept us nice and cool. Staff always friendly and happy to help. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Nothing other than aircon being broken in the gym but that was a very minor inconvenience

The room was large and nice. The bed was firm and extra large just as I like it. The breakfast was good and varied, I especially liked the soup and the yoghurt. The best thing in this hotel is the rooftop pool.

Most of the staff does't speak english, but you can do with Google translator.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by how immaculately clean everything was. The housekeeping team does an exceptional job maintaining the rooms and common areas, making the entire place feel fresh and welcoming.

The rooms were huge, bed very comfortable. Lots of choices for breakfast

The gym was well equipped, but it’s a shame it’s not air conditioned. Breakfast finished at 9:30am, which is a bit too early (normally hotel breakfast closes around 10am)

The soap, shampoo dispensers need to be replaced. The towels smelled, they could’ve used fabric softener and bleach to keep the towels white and smell fresh.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable beds , quality furniture, tastefully deco everywhere your eyes can see. Good location, great management lead to well trained, wonderful staff. I would stay here again in the heartbeat.
