Cuc at reception was so helpful!!!! Thank you! The room was spotless, very quiet air conditioner, a completely enclosed dry shower. Our room was at the back of the building so there was no street noise. However, sadly the wonderful new hotel has lousy doors for the rooms. We could hear the chime when other in the corridor open theor doors and couod even hear our neighbours beside and across us. Noth through the walls which were sound proof but the doors! Despite this, once people were alseep in their rooms it was to quiet amd we slept well! All around the apartment were great coffee shops and lots of great food options within a maximum 10 minute walk.

This hotel is in a great part of town with amazing coffee shops all around as well as an air conditioned mall with a movie theater super close. We loved our comfy room and the gal working at the reception helped us tremendously with finding our bus to Tram Chim. They personally walked us to the bus stop. What incredible customer service!!😎 a couple blocks away is a great fresh fruit juice shop where u pick ur fruit out and it’s a great deal. Also the Ban Xio restaurant across the street was fantastic.

Opening the door, it's amazing with good smell, very clean, very tidy room, the furniture, toilet facilities with high quality. I will stat there again when i visit Cao Lanh city, for sure!

The hotel was excellent, from confirming the reservation and changing the check-in time, to checking in and checking out quickly. The location of the hotel was very convenient, with lots of stores around and a shopping center just a few minutes walk away. The hotel is new, the room was comfortable and very clean. The shower had hot water and the water pressure was sufficient and the bathroom was clean and comfortable. The bed may not be comfortable if you don't like hard mattresses. Bedding (top over and pillows) was comfortable and proper. Breakfast is not available at the hotel, but there are many cafes around the hotel that are open early in the morning so easy to find a place to eat breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.

Communication in English is a bit difficult, but with the application, it's not a problem.

This property was perfect and clean.

Neighbor guest was crazy smoking and smelt really that can attack my heart. The hotel is completed perfectly and Ms. Cuc is awesome showing her service.
