Love that the rooms are dedicated to famous figures. Most comfortable bed ever! The French style of the hotel is dreamy. Super clean. Worth staying a night, for sure.

The check-in and check-out took way too long. They were slow and didn't have enough staff. I dreaded going to reception because I knew it would take time. I was also told a face cloth was missing from my room after check-out, but there wasn't one to begin with. (At least I didn't see it.) Slightly overpriced with loads of kids running and screaming. Not very romantic or peaceful.

There are a variety of food for breakfast. The room is a good size for 2 bunk beds with the nice yellow color. My family loves the pool because of the warmth water and jacuzzi that's very relaxing.

The bunk bed is somehow little bit hard to climb. When the upper one move there is some noise that affect the lower bed. I can feel some smoking smell from the bathroom which might came from the air vents. I wish there will be one more chair for 4 people room. As a tourist, I find it's hard to know where is the cable car station located because there is no signage especially for finding the early cable car for golden bridge at 6.00 am. As, a Thai there is some misspelling in the brochure and at the hotel signage.

Staying at Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills was like stepping into a fairy tale. The journey to the hotel is an adventure in itself, as it’s accessible via the one of the longest cable car in the world, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscape. The location is absolutely unique, perched high in the hills with stunning views all around. One of the best perks of staying here is the Golden Bridge, which is usually less crowded in the morning for hotel residents, giving you the chance to enjoy the iconic spot in peace. The atmosphere feels magical, like something straight out of a storybook. The breakfast at the hotel is super great, with a wide variety of delicious options to start your day. If you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind experience, Mercure Danang French Village Bana Hills is the perfect choice. A truly memorable stay!

However, the only area that could use a bit of improvement is the check-in time, which could be smoother and more efficient. It took a bit longer than expected, especially considering the number of guests arriving at once with only two counter operating. On the other hand the checkout process was very smooth .

This is my 3rd time staying at the property. So no surprises there. We love this place, especially my son. The fact that the hotel guests get access to the Golden bridge and other sites before the crowds come in is what makes it worth it. Staff are excellent, alert and always looking to help, especially the bell boys and the staff in restaurant.

We very unhappy at check in as 2 staff members tried telling us that I hadn’t paid for my son despite showing them my confirmed reservation in writing. After 10 minutes of arguing, they messaged their reservations team only to confirm that I had paid. The other staff members instantly apologised, however Stella who happened to be the Supervisor was rude and sarcastic. It really made me upset as she was extremely demeaning and I had to speak to the Manager because I do not want this behaviour repeating again. Secondly, it would’ve been good to have some variation over the 2 days with the buffet. Food served is exactly the same every single day.

Fantastic location being in the heart of the French Village. Magical views from the room. Lovely to experience the village without the crowds of daytime. Room was very comfortable, modern with a nice layout and comfortable bed. A very good shower.

Checking in was a bit of a mission with so many people, confusion and queues everywhere. The breakfast restaurant is huge and noisy and could do with some acoustic modifications to make it more pleasant. Reception could have better written information or QR code links to information available in multiple languages about things like the golden bridge cable car morning timetable. Reception staff didn't have the correct information and this caused a bit of frustration for us.

Bana Hills is a wonderful recreation of a medieval city. Our room had the feel of a castle stay. Angled cieling and rich colors very good feel. Lobby was stone architecture added to the ambiance. Very nice hotel. Best staff. Bring a jacket because it will be cooler up there. Four seasons in a day. Great hotel, plan around the crowds and find a quieter place for dinner.

The crowds were crazy. We would recommend checking in and staying in your room for the afternoon. Go out after dinner when the day trippers leave you have the place virtually to yourself. The buffet at the hotel is not so good, crowded and average quality food. Cannot expect chef quality when cooking for so many people. Cooking for an army. That being said it does fill your belly.

Checked in bottom Mercure lobby specially for guests where you take a cable car to the top, no line up at around 10am. Get to Paris hotel for main reception to check in again to get yr card (with Comfortable bar and lobby to rest) basic breakfast included and dinner buffet (504k adult extra) at La Crique restaurant in Paris hotel. The site was ok not as much to do as Disney world Paris but beautiful gardens to walk around and look out. Hotel has a gym and a pool in different buildings eventually if needed! Many hotels around part of the Mercure depending of standards you are paying for. Good entertainment for a family but also day pass who comes much cheaper!

There is not much for visitors who stays a night or two to do at this premise other than eat or walk around. We were hoping to go down with the gondola to see the hands after the day visitors have left or even have the opportunity to use the other facilities when others are not around but most things shut down by 6pm. They should also have more English speaking staff at the info center. We bought tickets to go on the Alpine rides and then it started pouring down with rain. The rides closed and we thought we would use the tickets the next day. To discover that we could not use it the next day and that we should have come back and asked for new tickets that same day. No one told us this and we therefore lost the money we spent on all 3 rides not being able to do even 1.

Best hotel to stay if you want to fully explore Sunworld Bana Hills, the staff are the best and very very helpful from when we arrived at the cable car station before check in up to when we left after check out, breakfast is great (their croissants are perfect!), beds are big and comfortable

I didn’t like the lighting at the hallway but I guess it makes sense given the the old town / medieval / castle aesthetic, i also didn’t like the layout of the bathroom (the toilet and shower looked like public restrooms and the sink feels like part of the “bedroom”)
