Beautiful and clean hotel. Friendly staff. We were on the 9th floor and had a great view of the beach and road below. Fairly close to the train station, but not too busy in the area. It was nice to walk along the beach (no swimming allowed), and we enjoyed the restaurant in the hotel for an affordable and tasty dinner. A great option for our family of 5 (the hotel brought in a roll-away bed for our youngest child). Clean and comfortable, with friendly staff.

Everything was great

Great view from our room, where you can see Nhat Le river, Nhat Le beach, and Bao Ninh beach. The view from the rooftop bar is even much better, especially at night. In the evening, fresh seafood restaurants are available right in front of the hotel, along the beach. Lunch at the hotel meets our expectations: delicious food at the right price.

It takes us about 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach where we are allowed to swim. It's not the distance but the heat at 3pm to walk barefoot. So if you wear slippers, it's just fine.

Very clean and comfortable. The roof top pool is amazing. Great view to the sea!

Some services, like the laundry, are a bit expensive. The hotel restaurant is ok, but not the best.

We stayed overnight here on our way to Phong Nha. Nothing much was happening as everyone had left town in fear of a storm but the restaurant cooked us a grand meal to enjoy

Great location with genuinely friendly and helpful reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, and kept spotless by the staff while we stayed there. The hotel restaurant served excellent food, and the staff were friendly, polite, and responsive. My overall impression was very positive, and I will definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future.

The only issue, if you can even call it that, is that there were hardly any other guests there during our stay. it felt sort of lonely. None of this was the hotel’s fault, of course; just a consequence of Vietnam only just emerging from COVID-related travel restrictions.

Friendly staff who did their best to speak English. Spacious, clean room with views on the ocean. Gym was good for a hotel.

No heating option in the AC while it was super humid and gloomy outside.

Great views of the beach, can’t swim directly across from hotel but not far to swimming part of the beach. In the evening lots of beach front eateries that were very good. Good selection for breakfast

Little bit far from “city” but was fine for us as we were looking for beach location. Hotel a bit older than it looks in photos but still suitable.

The pool was small, but it was quite green & in fact, was closed one day because it was 'not swimmable'.
