Extremely calm and peaceful location. Absolutely amazing staff. Right from when you step out from the car, the way the staff greets you and explain every facility to the attention to detail of the housekeeping staff, every moment of the stay was memorable. Our 20-year old daughter has a stuffed dog, which has been a part of her life for quite a long timee. The housekeeping would simetimes tuck him in, sometimes make him sit up and she loved coming back to the room every evening. :) Kudos to whoever serviced Room 464.
Not something 'we' didn't like but the property is a little distance from the main spots in Hanoi. Did not bother us at all because we wanted a quiet break.h

Excellent, impressive staff. The room is spacious. There are several activities to do and places to eat inside the hotel. The crib for my baby is spacious and comfy.

Wonderful hotel, staff intent at providing an excellent stay. Food was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Breakast staff member Thu was wonderful; attentive and provided recommendations for our visit. Hotel went beyond and above our expectations.
