The rooms we ended up in were spacious and very comfortable. Although we had a bit of a mix-up with our booking (we thought when we booked that the room was for 4 people but when we arrived it was only set up for 2) we were able to quickly and easily book a second room close by to ensure we had a comfortable stay. We had booked a room in the New wing but were upgraded to a bigger room in the Old wing, although this did mean being a bit further away (and across the road) from the pool, however there are staff on the street to assist you with crossing safely. We booked this hotel for its proximity to the airport (as well as for the pool), and the hotel provided us with complimentary pick up and drop off which was much appreciated.

Very comfortable beds in room, very clean. The swimming pool was great fun on a 14 hour layover. Good choice of food at breakfast. Buffet dinner is only available at weekends but they gave us room service menu choices which were delicious, nicely presented and adapted for children's tastes. Pick up at airport and drop off worked well: they contacted us by WhatsApp and met us. Plenty of friendly and helpful staff. The hotel looked pretty decorated for Christmas.

I had to buy two nights as we arrived 6am and needed to leave 7pm but they offered us free taxi for 6 both ways. I couldn't risk an early check in if available because we needed our beds in the morning. Would be good if airport hotels and booking.com could offer a long day rate and not assume everyone stays overnight. But they made us very welcome, and I would stay again. We had to queue an hour to get through immigration in morning but very quick going back in.

I really liked the services of this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful. We encountered a misunderstanding at our next resort, and the staff resolved it by using their personal phones to contact them. It was very nice that the staff can communicate fluently in English. The breakfast was delicious. Being close to the airport made it easy for us to rest quickly and catch our next flight. It also offers a free airport pick-up service. If I ever need to stay near the airport in Ho Chi Minh City again, I will definitely return.

The rooms have a slight damp smell and need some maintenance. However, this did not affect the comfort of our trip.

The room - beautifully renovated. Location - relatively close to the airport. Great for stay overnight if you are just spending a night there. Amazing foyer and fantastic buffet breakfast are definitely the highlights of the stay. There was even a small convenience store 2 minutes from the hotel where you could buy cheap snacks like 2 minute noodles, mineral water, frankfurts etc.

I have nothing to stay here because it was great

We used this place as a one night stop from flying in from Australia and then flying out the next day to Da Nang. They picked us up and dropped us up from airport for free which was super easy and helpful. The room was a good side for an overnight stay. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us and so we made use of the pool before flying out, and there is an indoor playground across the road for them to burn off energy after a long flight. Breakfast had a good selection.

Great transit hotel for us. We had 7 hours in HCMC at the end of our 3 week trip so booked this hotel for the pool. Pool is a bit of a strange set up, it is actually next door in a restaurant that the hotel also owns. Pool is huge (30m long) and great as it was so hot. Room was basic but comfortable and good for us to be able to shower and relax in air-conditioned before our overnight flight home.

It was fine for what it was. We didn't get an airport transfer included due to the price we paid but the hotel were good to let us know it shouldn't cost more than 100Kvnd to get there. Taxi at airport said 250K. Ended up getting a grab for less than 100K.

lovely stay, rooms are good sizes beds very comfy, no noise at night nice swimming pool same good coffee shops and eating place around the area breakfast was not as good as before when I stayed but ok

Room and the Beds are very comfortable. Clean. Breakfast is nice, there is a buffet with asian food, but also eggs, sausages, coffee and juices are there. Gym and pool are ok. Airport Shuttle is an advantage! Thank you a lot!

we were very satisfied with our stay at your hotel. Thank you for this. Some little details that could be improved: We booked this hotel because of the pool and the gym. Pool is there but we didnt use it as there are people eating and gathering around it, so we felt a little bit weird. Also we didn't see any launger for people using the pool. Gym: the equipment needs a maintanance, please put some oil, to avoid noise when guests are using the fitnes mashines.

Great service, airport pickup, hotel was great, check in and check out was fast enough, we didn't get chance to eat there, nice and quiet. Plenty of amenities etc. Air-con working, which is very important

Only the fact we didn't stay longer. I think that the swimming pool closes too early, only that I'd say, but I see its common in Plenty hotels there for some reason..

The best hotel in Ho Chi Minh. It's full packaged. The price, the receptionists, housekeepers and other staff are professional, courteous and helpful.
