Friendly staff, receptionist, quiet room, clean floors and bathroom. Comfortable pillows and bed and quilt. Great environment, lots of options to eat and drink nearby.

The staff is great, friendly, smiling, helpful! The room is simple but has everything you need. They have a bar-restaurant downstairs with great food and nice atmosphere The area around is alive, has shops, restaurants.

Location: I read in reviews about great location but it’s not, it’s outside the touristic area so let’s say I booked excursion and i should go to their office for pick up even though they picked up all others just because they stay in normal touristic districts and I’m outside it. All the main attractions, alive touristic areas were around 20 min by bike taxi, and it was a problem because let’s say in new year night i couldn’t go out because taxi didn’t came, a lot of traffic and demand. The way from the airport by taxi car took me almost 2 hours in traffic jams.

A quiet hidden gem behind a main very busy street without traffic noise. A good chance to meet up with friendly, helpful and trustworthy staffs who are always willing to go the extra steps. Very easy access to public transportation buses if one knows how and inexpensive.

I think go every where one have to face with all those raised steps in walking. Be careful don't run and eyes open!

The managers were excellent; they promptly addressed the issue as soon as I brought it to their attention. Additionally, they offer a free laundry service. On one occasion, I left items for washing, and to my delight, I received them back the next morning.

The hotel could benefit from some room renovations. Upon my arrival, I requested a bed change as it seemed the beds hadn't been replaced before the previous guest. They promptly addressed the issue and changed the bed after my request, so the matter was resolved.

Clean, easy to find, simple and nice layout. They cleaned our room everyday, changed towels and offered laundry services free of extra charge.

Not very sound proof, can hear other guests talking, walking, footsteps and moving furniture/chairs around. Otherwise a decent place to stay if you’re not sensitive to noise!

An adequate room size. Comfort bed. Good breakfast except taking it at a bar environment seems a bit strange. You won't disappointed if you are a Korean cuisine lover as a lots of Korean restaurants around this area.

The noise at the corridor easily be heard in the morning.

Nothing may be valued as mediocre here except the location - if you would like something really close to city centre, this hotel is maybe not for you. One should take taxi every time, and keep in mind heavy traffic in the city. So 30 mins by car to independence palace maybe not that cool. But here is also at least have some restaurants, product malls and massage saloons, etc

I arrived during the TET Holiday and the normal breakfast location was not open. However, the staff asked me each morning what I would like for breakfast and fulfilled my requests. The breakfasts were very tasteful. They were always helpful with answering questions or providing directions. Tran and Nam were always pleasant and helpful.

I must do a better job of scheduling my travel to avoid major holidays. The Hotel staff made things as comfortable as possible and directed me to food establishments that were open and provided delivery service.

The La Bonita was a great choice for a hotel close to FV Hospital. The room was clean and comfortable and the location is great! I will stay there again when I need to visit in the area.

Nothing. I felt like I got more than I paid for with the cleanliness and comfortability of the room.

A nice and cosy Apartel in District 7. Has an elevator and a bar resto. Many eateries, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The front reception staff, Mr Vu is extremely helpful and responsive person. Keep up the good work.
