I like the pool villa since I want a private pool surrounded by a high wall so nobody can see us inside our villa. Not many resorts have covered villas; most are very open. Also love the design of the entire place, simple and pleasant to the eye. Food is great and very fresh.

The system for television is very outdated, no Netflix, no Browser, so I cannot watch anything with it. Many people don't watch regular channels anymore, so you should change/update your TV system to make it more friendly. Also, the fact that there is limited transportation around the resort is kinda bummer.

Azerai Ke Ga Bay is, quite simply, a serene masterpiece. Architecturally minimalist yet aesthetically stunning, the resort evokes an effortless elegance. The quality of hospitality is exceptional—staff are warm, attentive, and display a level of service discipline that speaks of both training and heart. The food is outstanding, with every meal thoughtfully prepared and beautifully presented. The pool is a welcome luxury, and the entire property exudes peace. The beach itself is wide and endless—ideal for long contemplative walks. Head north and you’ll encounter a curious, humble local village; head south and you may walk for hours, uninterrupted, in pure solitude.

The sea can be a touch chilly, but this is a minor quibble in an otherwise flawless experience.

The whole place is magical. It's so peaceful and relaxing. The food offering - breakfast, lunch and dinner - is superb and my gluten allergy was so carefully looked after. The team are so hard-working and warm and friendly and attentive. The setting is so beautiful. We spent 10 wonderful days there and have missed it so much. One of the best holidays I've ever had.

The property is beautiful if you just want to relax and do nothing. The layout and design is lovely. The food was nice but the menu is very limited and with no other options outside the hotel after 2 days felt needed more choice. The Vietnamese food is much better than the western options. Breakfast very nice and afternoon tea a nice touch.

However for kids very limited- the kids club is just a room with a few old toys in it and no staff in there. Some of the water sports equipment needs replacing such as the catamaran where the sail is ripped. Same with pool table- the ques all need new tips as old. Would be good to have some fixed activities at certain times that the kids could join even if it was just something like an organised beach volleyball game. However the karaoke from the village is very loud- the manager did offer to move us rooms which was appreciated but the layout of alternative room would not have suited our family. No options for other things to do close to the hotel so very much a place to stay put once arrive and therefore why hotel needs more variety re food and activities.

Everything was perfect. The personnel was very good, great hospitality like in Azerai La Residence. Very good.

The area around the hotel, especially the beach, is not very clean. This is very unfortunate, as it detracts from the great location. Also, there are hardly any other restaurants in the nearby village, so you are almost limited to eating in the hotel. However, this becomes very monotonous in the long run. But at least the hotel is trying to remedy this.

The location.... the Vietnamese food... The staff... the Management.... The peace and quiet nights The waiters were all so attentive :-))

Very comfortable room & facilities. They gave me special birthday cake & offer cookies, snack all free. They offer me a room with a pool at back door (3 bungalows share 1 pool) great to enjoy like private pool villa.

The gyms small & breakfast/ dinner not as good as high level of 5 stars hotel.

The staff was excellent! They were very professional and catered for all our needs, food was great and location is just stunning! We’ve seen quite some hotels and where some just say they are high-end this place really delivers. If you are considering going? Hesitate no longer, this is a great stay if you want to relax and enjoy the beach!

Not so much to do around the resort, but for 2 nights no problem at all.

The room is very spacious, and the infinity swimming pool has one of the best view to the lighthouse. There were plenty of choices for breakfast. The staffs were very friendly and helpful.
