Good location for the sand dunes tour and restaurants/beach within walking distance and they put us next to the pool which was nice. The shower was the star of the show, best shower I’ve had in 4 months of travelling SE Asia. I would recommend ‘the food court’ where we ate all of our meals which is a 15 min walk. And the icafe which is just opposite, very quick service which was welcomed just before we got our bus to Hoi An.

There wasn’t much at all and I was happy with everything. But if I was to be picky, the bed was hard but I’ve had harder, I still slept well!.

I liked the attitude of the staff. They helped me rent a motorbike. There is a pool on the premises and a shared kitchen

The furniture is old and smells bad. There is a kitchen in the room, but it’s not usable for cooking. The doors have faulty locks. Also, at first, they wanted to put me in a smaller room because mine was occupied, but later they moved me to a larger one. Booking.com doesn’t seem to monitor room availability at all. I encounter this situation especially often in Vietnam.

The location is very good. There are many restaurants, cafes and beach bars within walking distance. The staff are all friendly and helpful!! Free bicycle rental is a plus.

I was quite shocked when I found out that the balcony of my room was connected to the balcony of the next room and there was no partition. Basically, unless I close the curtains, guests in the next room can come and see my room from the balcony. I've never seen a hotel room like that. There was also a staircase connected to the balcony and I could sometimes see workers walking by. I thought it lacked privacy. Don't get me wrong. I loved my stay despite of this negative point. Except this point, this hotel is very very nice. High quality for the price. So I would recommend you to request the seaside room. (My room was opposite side of seaside.) And I hope the hotel do something about it to improve guest's privacy.

The Qli Hotel is just perfect and I have traveled extensively and without doubt it is the best hotel I have ever stayed in The staff from the operations manager, office manager, receptionist, the cleaning crew and the night watchman are just fantastic and so helpful and they have become my extended family and I absolutely love each and everyone of them. I will be returning to Mui Ne and I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else but the Qli hotel, it has been designed with a massive eye for detail and it feels like I am in my own home and my stay was just perfect because I didn’t want to leave there. All of the other hotels in Mui Ne should visit there and see how a hotel should be run and the quality of staff they should employ The owner has got it spot on. Happy New Year to all of you my family at the Qli hotel and I am missing you all so much, I love you all and will see you when I return xxxx

I loved everything about this hotel It is just perfect

Staff were excellent and went above and beyond to help me. Spoke very good English. They helped me rent a scooter which you will need as grab bikes aren’t always available. They also rang my tour company for me to make sure they picked me up from hotel to take me back to HCM. Good value, nice big room, good shower, good WiFi and AC. Was a good hotel for 2 night stay. Generally quiet as well as set back from the road, some noise from nearby bar first night, but it stopped after few hours.

Only downside is my room was ground floor and faced the pool directly and there isn’t a lot of privacy from people walking past. There are no blinds on the door so I had to keep my curtains closed. Also it’s a physical key rather than hotel key card with automatic locking.

Good hotel option for Mui Ne. Our room was spacious, comfy, and clean. The bed was good, shower strong. Everything was available in the room that we expected. The pool was small and a bit cold in January (shadow), but still nice. The location is good, between the market but about 5 minutes walking before the more walkable part of the town starts (sidewalk).

Not much to complain. Due to the outdoor stairs in front of the windows, there's a bit less privacy in the rooms as we like it. But all not a big deal. No breakfast was available (but this was clear at the time of booking). Walking right in front of the hotel is not super pleasant, but it gets better soon. Not the fault of the hotel, but Mui Ne itself is not really our favorite destination in Vietnam.

Fabulous stay. The Qli was very good value for money. It was clean and nice and the staff was super friendly. The hotel has a nice big reception area with carved wooden seats and some modern exercise machines. The pool was very nice to cool down. The hotel has an arrangement with the resort across the road so you can walk straight through to the beach. It is also about five minutes walk from the Food Court, which is a great place to eat and have a drink in the evening. (turn left out of the hotel and walk North. You can't miss it). There is a coffee stall on the street about three doors from the hotel (turn left out of the hotel). The coffee there is nice. The room was comfortable and quiet and had good air conditioning.

Everything was good.

Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and hotel is close to everything. Ask for the wristband so you can cut through a resort for a shortcut to the beach.

Water was lukewarm :( Room right next to the pool with a seating area so expect people outside till late

The hotel has a nice location, close to restaurants, food stores, and coffee shops. Walking from the hotel to the beach takes around 5 minutes. Furthermore, the hotel is well-equipped with amenities such as a swimming pool, billiards tables, and exercise facilities. The most appealing aspect for me is cleanliness.

My room is opposite the swimming pool. Every morning, people came to swim and made a lot of noise, which was really annoying.

The staff are superfriendly, helpful and provide exceptional services. They also give recommendation on where to go and what to eat if you ask. The rooms are clean and equipped with all essentials. They have separate wet and dry bathroom. The location has a lot of restaurants, mostly seafood at night. The hotel has bike, kitchen and swimming pool you can use free of charge and access to the beach across the street.

The rooms are not next to each others. Only one of the building has evelvator so it will not be good for elders to walk up/down the stairs.
