We were delighted with the hotel facilities and the friendlyness of the staff. Especially the Guest Relations Manager "Mr. Sam" and "Mr. Luan" from the restaurant staff exceeded our expectations.

The hotel has only been open for a few months and has great potential. Not everything is running smoothly yet, but the will to improve was always noticeable. We will be back :)

Facilities are new and the offered amenities are good too. Morning Buffet is good.

The location is far from the center, and since the food court is not yet open, you don't have any choice but to eat in their restaurant, which mostly caters to Vietnamese Cuisine.

Infinity Pool and Sea views so excellent. Super friendly staff cared for you heads over heels.

A little bit far from town but near Bau Trang and located in private area. Have to cross the road to go to the sea but there always are a security guy to make sure you safe.

The facilities in rooms were pretty good. The staffs were nice but don’t seem experienced.

The service was down. They seem to be extremely under prepared and unorganized for the holiday. The holiday activities that were scheduled weren’t there. Lifts were fishy smelly. Have to cross the road to access the beach and there were no towels provided at the beach or the pool. Pools are both tiny. Food was just OK. The buffet dinner that costs VND 450k++/pax supposed to start at 18:00 but the food wasn’t ready until 18:30. Breakfast was just fair with limited choices.

In the middle of nowhere, felt like an abandoned ghost town. Not even the small beach bar was open. No people on the beach. No restaurants nearby, nothing. Massive hotels with no soul, no service, very strange atmosphere in the canteen-like breakfast buffet in the other building. Screaming kids, odd «entertainment» at night, rude parole. Not a place for Europeans I think. Very strange experience, checked out after two nights to go somewhere else.
