Our 3-night stay at Cat Tien Jungle Lodge was just delightful! The Lodge is built in wood and stone with a spacious garden, ponds and the river that flows just by the bungalows. The rooms are tastefully appointed with comfortable canopy beds with mosquito nets. Our bungalow looked over the river, across from the jungle and its concert of sounds, with a special mention for the mesmerizing call of the gibbons. The restaurant is reminiscent of a romantic tree house and serves great food made from locally-sourced products. The staff are very friendly and the owner, Ms Phuong, was most helpful in recommending hikes in the jungle and boat rides. The lodge also offers sound therapy sessions in a dedicated meditation room. Cat Tien Jungle Lodge is clearly on the top end of accommodation available in the area with a dedication to ecotourism and an unbeatable location on the very edge of the National Park. Our stay was a lovely break from the hustle and bustle of Ho Chi Minh City and we will definitely be back at Cat Tien Jungle Lodge for more jungle adventures!

The staff were exceptional. Loi was amazing he helped me with so much stuff like tours etc and even booked my bus ticket back to Ho Chi Minh and cane with me to where I had to meet it. Nothing was too much trouble and he was a great guy to talk to as well.

The staff took good care of my dietary plan which was expensive but won't mind. The location is awesome and it is next to Cat Tien National park. It's a peaceful and clean environment one can experience.

Well, everything was ok so won't complain. It was a healthy vacation as it was a lot of workouts in an open environment.

Great location, right next the the river. Great staff, always willing to help you with anything/everything you need. And the owner was fantastic, giving us so much advice for our travels in the local area and beyond. Even specific cuisines/restaurants to try in local places along our route. Proceeded to send us many recommendations and offered to be contactable via WhatsApp for any issues/advice for the rest of our trip. Above and beyond.

Previous reviews mentioned cleanliness as an issue. Some areas could do with a clean, like bathrooms/outbuildings. However, it is a jungle retreat, where the bathrooms are open air for the full experience, so I don’t expect sealed hotel levels of cleanliness in these parts. The important areas were very clean and fresh for our group, all living areas were kept clean daily, and linen was fresh and clean.

The staff were lovely, no English but we used translator apps. The location was incredible. There was a pool to have a dip in after a long hot day. The mosquito nets were handy,

It was very expensive for what we got. Comparative to much cheaper excellent accomodation in Vietnam. No hot water at all. We were there for 6 days and had one day with slightly warm water. After full days of insect repellent and sun screen you need hot water! The breakfast was limited to 2 choices. The only ATM in the vicinity didn’t work.

Just next to the park. Good spacious property and a nice small pool with the riverview. Natural products and everything is close to nature. Ms.Phung is a great host.

Maybe due to Covid and business not running, the place is a little rundown though has great potential.
