Large sized bed, we luckily got a free room upgrade! 2 receptionist staff were extremely helpful and friendly (limited English however this is not a fault obviously as we are in vietnam!!!). Shower & bathroom were lovely and clean. Omelette at breakfast was delicious to be made on request. Pool area was clean and tidy.

Gym was not good. As westerners we found breakfast poor however as stated above we got omelettes that were delicious. Western options included french fries and spaghetti lol. There was no fresh fruits or cereals. Unfortunately we got woken up at 7:30am by extremely loud building work on the next balcony. We were not informed this was due to happen so found it a little inconsiderate!

I stayed 2 nights - 23/01/24 & 24/01/24. The manager, Han, was an angel. She spoke good English and helped me with everything I needed. She made sure the taxi driver knew exactly what I wanted as they didn't speak English. This was a great help. I can't praise her highly enough. I give her 10 out of 10. Breakfast was ok, but vegetarian options were limited. That said, they surprised me on ɓoth mornings with a prepared vegetarian noodle breakfast for me. I think I have Han to thank for that. Other staff were very helpful too, but Han was out on her own. Great location. Near all major requirements. The view from the breakfast room on the 10th floor is brilliant.

Hotel is very bland. No character whatsoever. Very generic. Completely forgettable. I'm now staying in a large 5 star hotel in Nha Trang with a far nicer room & huge breakfast selection for almost the same price, so in comparison with others in Vietnam the hotel was not great value. That said, for a European relative to what one would get in Europe, this was brilliant value.

Very friendly staff and well located. Breakfast had some great variety and stuffed tofu which is my favourite food from Quy Nhon. I would definitely book again next time I'm in Quy Nhon!

the rooster that crowed. can’t fault the hotel for that but… also a bar close to hotel had its loud music blasting when we went to bed. it did quit but I usually fell asleep before it did.

Location, facilities & staff.

The odour/smell in our room caused by the renovations. Poor location & insufficient number of power outlets. Where are you to boil the kettle?

Very nice hotel. Room was large and clean with a nice balcony. Rooftop pool was very nice. Good breakfast and very helpful staff.

It was a little bit noisy in the evening as there is a club playing loud music.

The best thing in the hotel is location right in the centre of Quy Nhon city and near the beach and park. Breakfast is just enough ok, not so many food and narrow space but acceptable.
