This apartment is wonderful, spacious, bright, with amazing view on the whole harbour. The flat has everything you need for life. There is a fridge, liquid soap, plenty of hangers in the closet, free bottled water upon check-in and so on. There are no ants or cockroaches, which is great. The water in the shower is hot, the water pressure is excellent, the drain works well. On the balcony there is a washing machine and even washing powder. It's the 25th floor, the elevators are fast. There are cafes and stores nearby. The beach is only a couple minutes away. The owner is really hospitable. He is always on call and helps with all questions. He organised a transfer from the train station and helped us find a car with a driver who took us around the local attractions. Really great experience 👍

During national holidays, there may be noise from music from the street, but on normal days, the apartment is very quiet.

Our stay at the TMS Luxury Apartment was a great experience. We were accommodated in a sea-view room on the 15th floor, and the view was simply breathtaking. The room was well-equipped with two king-sized beds, a six-seater dining table, and a kitchen stocked with utensils and cutlery. This made our stay comfortable and convenient. The apartment’s location is another highlight. It is in close proximity to markets, shops, WinMart, and a variety of eateries, making it incredibly convenient for guests. Moreover, the host deserves a special mention for their helpfulness and prompt responses to all our queries. He ensured that any items we requested were arranged in a timely manner. However, the real showstopper was undoubtedly the sea-view room. Waking up to the serene beauty of the sea every morning was an experience we will cherish. In conclusion, TMS Luxury Apartment offers a blend of comfort, convenience, and stunning views that make for an unforgettable stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to this beautiful city.

Really well located place, on the beach front and the view from the apartment is really nice. The apartment itself is clean, spacious for a family of 3 and the owner is really helpful even with limited english, you can also rent scooters if you need too for a standard price. Overall great experience

From what i understood the first fifteen floors are apartements and the last floors are for the hotel which is located on the front of the building. And if you want to access the pool the owner told us that you had to pay more which is not indicated on the property listing.

The apartment is (almost) perfect. It is spacious, it has a nice view. The AC is amazing. The beds are big enough. It is very close to the beach and the area where you can buy fruits. When you need something, the host takes care of it very fast.

The payment is only possible in cash (it is always good to get a remainder about it, so that the guests can prepare). There was nothing to cook or eat with, but it seemed that if we needed something, we would get it.

We loved the apartment. It was spacious and very clean with comfortable beds. It was Atemtherapie 23rd floor so we had a fantastic view across the beach and the city. It’s near to the beach so we could go swimming easily. The host was really nice and helpful. We would come again!

Very rare situation but there is presence of cockroach (blattes) in the room. The situation is exceptional but this needs to be treat to avoid indesirable visitors on the bed during the night.

Attention to details, no rice cooker, no microwave, the apartment next to the school. So if you are a night owl and need sleep in the morning you don't want to stay there.

The perfect place if you want to escape the noise of the city center! My family love this place, it's a nice apartment with an amazing beach! The rooms are spacious and cozy.
