clean room, comfortable bed, room had a balcony and nice sunlight. There was a mini refrigerator in the room. The staff were pleasant and helpful (we used a translation app). The breakfast was nice, but the first floor is very loud in the morning due to a daycare school in one if the large rooms. Only two minor issues: 1- was the shower head is set too short, and have to step up inside the bathtub to use it. 2- renovation / construction in the morning was quite loud.

Hotel is of a very high standard and very clean with great facilities. Staff friendly and speak good English. The breakfast included was Bun Cha and was tasty. Good location too.

Breakfast was only served 6-8am which is quite early. Staff tried to charge us for making two small towels dirty, we had biked a long way through dusty roads so the towels had a little bit of dust on after washing. However after speaking with management the charge was removed which was very kind of them and we appreciated this.

"Posh" hotel, well maintained, helpful staff, big and clean rooms, including a bath tub. Central location. Comfortable beds (not too hard).

Staff don't speak english, the room was noisy despite being on the 4th floor. The hotel is very close to the main road through Son La and the windows don't close properly. Every truck honking (there are loads in Vietnam) can be heard, all tgrough the night.

Reception staff were very helpful, helped us talk to the bus company as they didn't speak any English and even got us a free taxi to the bus station

Was some building work going on at the time, but we were prepared for it, as we read it in some reviews.

Very big room, I never expected that. Very clean, the whirlpool in the bathroom is not really needed.

Breakfast was very small. Receptionists don't speak English.

At this hotel I had the most boring breakfast of my six-week journey: scrambled eggs without any spices even no salt. And there was no salt on the table. The slices of toasted bread were also tasteless. Further choices of food were not provided. This breakfast was not worth to be mentioned as "breakfast included" in the room price.

The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. They even gave us a free upgrade! Location is good, close to everything.
