We had a wonderful vacation at Stelia Beach Resort and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The staff was exceptionally friendly and customer-oriented, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. The food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. Whenever our family visited us, they were treated with the utmost respect and care. We truly felt at home and pampered. We can't wait to return to Stelia Beach Resort for our next getaway. Highly recommended! We hope the hotel stays like this, maintaining their excellent service and hospitality.

The only downside was that during check-out, we were asked about missing washcloths (face towels) in the room, even though we had not received any washcloths in the last few days of our vacation. Perhaps we should have requested them to avoid this situation. Fortunately, we were able to resolve the issue and did not have to pay for any missing washcloths.

It was a stunning and exotic place to stay. Beautiful pool, pool bar, room are incredible clean, big, amenities and the fact you’re surrounded by nature is amazing. We really enjoyed two swimming pools. Also loved front able to walk out the door and be steps away from the beach. Every staff I came across was very kind, helpful and always bent over backwards to make sure we were looked after. They did everything they can to make your stay comfortable and special. Food was decent, too. The welcome drink was special. The breakfast was amazing! So tasteful and with a great variety of options!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Beautiful design and well maintained. This beach side resort opened in 2019 before covid, been through Covid and still looks brand new which is amazing. We booked the garden view room with king bed which is about 75m2, huge room for 2 people, everything spotless and smelled so good. Spa: amazing, we stayed for 1 night and did 2 spa sessions, one when we first arrived and waiting to be checked in, it was soooo good we had to come back the next morning after an early swim. Swimming pool was gorgeous and must have been a 4 seasons pool because the water was already warm at 6am. Room service and buggie service were very efficient. Breakfast buffet was lovely, nice spread of food even for low season. But the most impressive aspect for us was their service. Everybody was so warm and sweet and efficient. We were driven around by buggie for a tour of the resort and every staff (even the gardening staff or the organic veggie garden staff who were busy would stop what they’re doing to wave and smile at us, amazing to say the least). I can confidently say this is by far the best service we’ve experienced in Vietnam, and for the amount of money paid for the room, we got soooo much beyond expectation.

Really great staff attitude, friendly, welcoming, helpful. Fantastic, well-equipped Villa, excellent pool. We really enjoyed the breakfast. It was easy to get a car from Grab for a short drive in to town, there are some excellent restaurants nearby. The spa was very friendly and spotlessly clean. Excellent value compared to other hotels too. It is very easy to recommend this resort and we will definitely be back

The resort is really beautiful and the location is great. Phu Yen is a quiet area but there is a lot to discover within the range of an hour drive. The staff in the hotel is very friendly and provides a great service. We will go there again.

In the gym there were no towels provided and some of the equipment did not work but the location of the gym is amazing.

My whole family loved the place. We even find it more peaceful and comfortable than the 6* Intercontinental. Among all the resorts that we’ve been to, this is the best in the price range. -The whole resort is really well-designed and arranged. The rooms are really spacious, the houses are surrounded by trees providing privacy for guests. The location is excellent, next to the beach, main road, and a beautiful square. - The staff are extremely attentive and friendly. I only ask a question and they provide me with several options and immediate support. They really try their best for our comfort. - The room is cleaned twice a day, they also provide extra towels if needed. It smells so nice of ginger grass. - The restaurants are also nice and very affordable for a 5-star resort. The foods are good as well. We don’t even feel like going out of the resort.

This is just a small thing that the gym isn’t very big and should have some towels for guests to use when exercising, but overall it’s quite nice and well-maintained.

This resort is superb and met all of our expectations in terms of luxury, amenities and comfort. The staff here are incredibly accommodating, respectful, and well trained. The manager, Lam Minh made sure we were taken care of from A to Z, and we were treated like VIP. The hotel is serene, quiet and pleasant. The food was also exceptional, we all of our meals onsite and could not be more pleased at how delicious it all was. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. We will definitely be back.

Staff are very friendly, helpful, and pay attention to details to make sure our stay is happy. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Love the design of the resort, nested within the local Casuarina and Prickly Pear trees. It's a germ in Phu Yen. If you love nature, pure beach side aura and flora, this is a place for you.

Located on one of the biggest avenue of the city, the resort is very large, beautiful, quiet and privacy. Staffs are friendly and professional. All the facilities are new and luxury. Great variety of dishes, all of which are delicious (for both breakfats-buffet and lunch-à la carte). Staying at Stelia Beach Resort has been one of the best experience I have ever had! This will be the first choice when I come back to Phu Yen.

We love everything during our stay at Stelia. The staffs were polite, friendly and extremely attentive. The resort has a Mediterranean/tropical feel, surrounded by native plants offering a peaceful and relaxing stay. Our room was beautiful with a spacious bathtub and has all the necessity amenities. The resort offer a full delicious buffet with chefs cook to order. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend Stelia Beach Resort to everyone.
