I booked a room as pictures , but....when I arrived, room was much smaller....and I could not take it. So I had to discuss with the manager, not much English, but lucky me one of the girls speak better English and for her, and just for her, I agreed to upgrade the room and paid extra 500k for 2 nights(strictly because this girl was the only one who understood me -her name is My Le) and I really want to thank her for all the care, and customer service. If she wasn't there, I would've left this hotel no doubt. So thank you My Le
Pictures presented in Booking .com are not real.....I booked Queens room, and was small as a shoe box. I upgraded to King size and the walls had leakages from rains and you have to wait between 5-10 minutes for hot water, also the sink tap was moving , nearly to fall , I reported to hotel, no maintenance.

Near the beach, about 5' to reach. Free swimming pool, the water of it is pure.

Staffs are very nice and friendly, they are very active to response my messages and provide full information that I need for my trip. The location is great, you can walk to the beach within 2 minutes. There are a lot of shops near by such as : Circle K, coffee shops, local food shops..etc...Beside that, the hotel has ''bike rental service'' that you can spend around VND 150.000 - VND 200.000/day/bike for exploring the city. Room is tidy and clean.
The blanket is a little bit thin compare to my experiences but still ok.
