Very, nice and friendly staff. We had a really good time and had an amazing cooking class with a wonderful chef who took us to the local market. We enjoyed lounging by the pool and swimming in the sea.

It is a bit tired and could do with some renovations (tiles in the pool are coming off). The staff was super friendly but the kitchen service was extremely slow. The beach is beautiful in principle but there is so much rubbish, it’s heart breaking. We wondered if it wasn’t possible to invite guest to help clean up the beach (perhaps for a free meal or so) - we would have done that.

We loved big and green territory. it's so green and well maintained, like in botanical garden. We loved the main pool area it suits for everyone especialy famillies, awosome child pool, and a restaurant right on the beachfront with good variety and tasty food.we actually loved everything there. Respect for blue/yellow tags guys :)

It's quite a remote area. You need to use a cab or have a bike to move to town. Staff will help with that, so it's not that big problem. It was a surprise for us that the main pool was closed in the middle of our stay, and there was no any notification for me as I booked a villa like 3 months ago. Thank God we had our own pool villa, so it compensated a bit. Anyway, it was disappointing. It was shut for 15 days, so anyone arriving after Jan will enjoy the renovated pool Beach is long but not what i like. The water was not very clear, but it's not a hotel fault. It was clean tho, actually cleanliness around was what i liked most. Gardeners were working hard

We have stayed at this resort a few times and we are happy. This year we had to wait a bit longer to have our rooms but it is ok. For breakfast, we feel that the food is not as good as before. The pool is newly tiled but the colour of the tiles are dark, so the pool look much less appealing. The location is good as we traveled very short distance to have lunch and diner at good nearby local restaurants. We usually have diner at Kiet restaurant in the alley opposite the resort.

There is no table in our room. The bedroom area is small while the bathroom is unnecessarily large. The pool has too much chemicals.

The villa is stunning. My family enjoy cooking in the kitchen and playing in the pool. The view and the scenery are a big plus.

The wifi is there but no one can connect to the internet for some reason. I assume the network can only allow a certain number of people connect at once. The vehicle to take us to the check-out counter was full so we have to wait 30 minutes. I guessed not many guests using the running trail around the resort, I saw some strangers (not the staffs) setting traps for birds and lizards around the trail, which is dangerous, if it was tourists taking photos I dont mind but they clearly setting traps for animals there. The beach is dirty with lots of trash.

The resort is right next to the beach. Comfortable seating and laying options at the pool and beach. Feeling of privacy with small apartments. Free stuff to do, like surfboards, gym, archery, bikes. Friendly staff at the restaurant many and options.

Restaurant makes solid food but nothing extraordinary. If you look in detail at the hotel you find some points that need improvement. Some bikes were broken, part of the pool was closed off, plastic foil the beach (I guess to keep the sand from beeing washed away), beach bar closed, Reception is far away (especially for check out)

We love the breakfast buffet and the employee's service so much. We could not try all of the breakfast because they serve so much different kind of breakfast offers including Vietnamese and Western. The employees are so nice and supportive when we needed any help. They tried their best to serve us as fast and much as they could. When we asked for changing room because of the outside toilet and mosquito, they took us to choose another room. Or they repaired the internet problem so fast even though the weather was stormy. We will come back to the resort every time when we visit Vietnam and Long Hai.

The inside of room is well equipped, but need to be renovated. We would like to see everything in room in the best condition. We wish the hotel also offer dinner buffet similar as breakfast buffet so that we did not have to go out every night for dinner.

This was a last minute booking, the room was clean the mattresses were terrible they were all rock hard like concrete. I had to sleep on top of the pillows. The food was freshly cooked and very good with a good choice on the menu. The beach was ok but alot of rubbish on it. Overall the hotel needs some TLC. The main pool was out of action but this was reflected in the price. The massage i had at the spa was excellent and great value for money. The staff were lovely.

Loved the pool and how relaxing our stay was. The staff was eager to be helpful. The bungalow was large modern and comfy. I did not want to leave. Great massage

Not much to do around the resort. We handed up just staying there. It is a 2 hour drive from airport. The ocean was dirty. Other Vietnamese guest advised us not to swim in ocean. We had already and we’re covered in brown silt?! The amazing pool absolutely filled that gap!!!!

Overall, the resort is very good. I only have two drawbacks that I had during the stay: - the pool was closed for renovation and there were really no other alternatives provided. At least the hotel could have prepared a new sun bathing area, which I had to so myself. - the beach was full of junk. Plastic covers, casings, bags etc. Perhaps they clean it as summer approaches, but it was throwing off the view and walking on it wasn't as pleasant.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom pool villa. It was beautiful! The villa was so clean and bright and lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped although we only used the fridge. The outside space and the pool were lovely with an amazing view! The beach is kept very clean which isn't always the case for Vietnam. The whole resort is beautiful with lots of flowers. Even though it's been a very hot dry season this year, it's clear efforts have been made to keep the grounds looking and pretty as possible. The pool area is very clean and the gym is very small but nice. We ate dinner at the restaurant. We didn't have high expectations because of many of the reviews. It was really quiet when we went at around 7:30 despite the resort being quite full. We only ordered from the vietnamese side of the menu - the food was delicious and good sized portions. It was also good value considering it's a hotel. I would definitely recommend the local options! Some reviews say the resort is isolated but living in Saigon, it's great to be somewhere quiet! There are a couple of small shops just outside the gate if you need more water or beers. Lastly, we loved all the birds by the pool, the frogs at night and the adorable cats!

The breakfast was very disappointing. Breakfast is from 6:30 - 10:00 and whilst we did go later, at 8:30 and 9:00 during our stay, almost none of the food had been replenished, a few dishes did get replaced by not many and not quickly. The vietnamese dishes, were nice when available. There is an omlette and pho station but the quality of the breakfast really let's the hotel down. There is a small beach bar....without an drinks. All the drinks come from the pool bar and take a while to arrive. It makes no sense as there is a fridge and bar set up. It would be a really nice space if it was actually a bar...
