Comfortable room equipped with amenities, cleanliness, nicely furnished

There was no breakfast at the hotel

The location is so convenient, just a few steps to the beach.

Room is a little bit old and smell not really good, I can not even open the window. The bath and towels are not clean as well as the floor.

The area and the bedding etc was very clean Toiletries had been left in the bathroom

Because not many were in the hotel the restaurant was not open. For breakfast there was water melon. Chips or toast. However we could have had an omelette. Black coffee or water to drink. Gecko in my toilet bag and cockroach in my cup. To be expected I suppose. The snacks in the room are not free there is a charge. I understand because of covid things are still recovering and it may be better at weekends 🙃

The view is ok. Break fast is ok.

Air conditioner of my room (910) was too noisy. The superior double bed is just combination of single beds.

1) Good location. Besides the location, there isn't much else that I can say. I know booking.com wants you to say good things to promote the hotel because the hotel pays to go on booking.com but honestly there's nothing else good besides the location.

1) The first room we got did not have functioning aircon. It just blew out the same hot air as in the hallway and lobby. We complained and they receptionist tried to convince us it was working fine. But it had been running for an hour blowing out hot air and we were visibly drenched in sweat. I got annoyed and demanded a new room. The receptionist found another room in which the aircon was maybe 50% potent. It was late at night so we kept it. 2) Also, we did request a room with one queen size bed but we got a room with two twin beds. Actually this could be a problem with booking.com website. But anyway, the hotel refused to change the room even though we do have a small baby and we really do need one big bed. 3) The cooler in the room was broken. We wanted some place to put our milk. We asked the receptionist to send someone to fix it twice. Each time the answer was "OK"... but then no one ever came and it remained broken. 4) The room smells weird. 5) Barely any provisions such as soap, toothpaste, etc. 6) The "breakfast" the first morning only consisted of eggs and nothing else. Weird. 7) Old, dust everywhere.
