The personal support from the staff. I had forgotten my phone charger and they organised it in a heartbeat. They also allowed me early check-in and late check-out. Breakfast was a great wide selection! I especially liked that local foods like sweet potato with peanut butter were on the menu. Staff were friendly and efficient

Limited organic fresh fruit. Fruit used was mainly from processed cans.

1. Hotel set in a large green space, ideal for morning and evening walks or runs. 2. Open plan design hives it an open feel. 3. Nice pool area even though the police is only 10 metres long. 4. Fresh clean linen and towels. 5. Working safety deposit box. 6. Room was a good size. 7. Ironing facilities provided. 8. Alarm on door if not properly shut.

1. Lack of an in-house gym 2. Noisey refrigerator and Aircon kept me awake at night. 3. I had an evening flight and spent the day at the hotel. Housekeeping staff kept popping into the ground floor loo when I was there. I hope it was not personal. 4. Trouble with power, left the whole hotel in smoke for a while.

The staff are awesome, spotlessly clean, spacious and well maintained. Good menu and great food. Loadsheading was not an issue as they have back up and the wifi signal is good. Enjoyable stay.

Need a decent movie channel, can be pricey.

High quality bed like what you expect from Marriott. Best sleep I had on Africa. Excellent breakfast buffet with made to order eggs or omelette included on your room rate. Restaurant was North American standard. Staff extremely friendly. Totally safe.

Towels could be a bit fluffier but other than that nothing to complain about.

The internet quality was extremely poor - which was a massive issue - and would make me want to find somewhere else in the future. It really let down the other qualities of the hotel, which were excellent.

Amazing Service! ...from the most welcoming Airport Shuttle Driver, Custa...to the warmest welcome which we received from the friendliest Ladies at Reception. We had Dinner and Breakfast, and both were value for money.

Great facilities, awesome rooms … the staff were the best … excellent service and always willing to assist. Rooms were spacious and food was great with a great breakfast spread.

The staff were fantastic, all greeted us by name, remembered our preferences for drinks and food and were genuinely concerned with my wife's recovery after surgery.

The wifiis terribly slow....which is surprising for a business hotel....
