We loved everything. It was close to everything in downtown Mariehamn. The rooms were modern and well kept. The breakfast was excellent. But what sets this hotel apart is the staff. We arrived on a ferry at 7:00AM and though our checkin wasn’t until 3PM they were kind enough to give us an early check-in. And on departure our ferry was leaving at 2:20PM so they gave us a late check out. It was wintertime so perhaps they had more flexibility but the staff had a can do attitude. We would highly recommend this hotel to future guests.

Elegant furnishings, neutral decor, really friendly staff, very clean and well-kept. Breakfast staff very friendly and understanding even if we were a bit late eating breakfast. Really good and varied food selection at breakfast! All in all, this is a very nice hotel in an excellent location in Mariehamn. Highly recommended.

Lumpy pillows and not able to fasten twin beds into a double one, so they kept gliding apart.

A simple, clean room with everything you need . The view of the carpark not thrilling, but you can keep an eye on your car! Extremely pleasant and helpful staff . Plenty of easy parking in the overflow car park. Reasonable choice at breakfast.

The shower itself worked very well but the whole setup needs a little more thought. The glass screen is not big enough and there is no rim between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the floor gets very wet. Almost a wet room, but slightly better.

We stayed at the Park Alandia for two nights over New Year's and loved the property. From the breakfast to the sauna facilities the hotel is a great value and offers a relatively modern interior right in the center of Mariehamn.

The hotel was wonderful! However, if I were to give a few tips to the manager, I would say to focus on the details in the room. The cups in our room were reusable plastic and could be glass instead, the tea and coffee in the room could be a bit more elevated. Upgrading small details like those could make the stay even better in the future!

The staff was very nice, the breakfast fantastic and the room quiet and with a very comfy bed. It was amazing to be able to use the hotel bikes for free because it allowed us to go around inside and outside Mariehamn and discover the island.

Nothing really but if I have to mention maybe one thing, we tried to use the pool once but it was crowded and full of kids playing, jumping, screaming so not really a relaxing experience but we didn't mind honestly!

Location is nice, we used the bikes for 2 hours, the beds and pillows are comfy.

I only decided to book this hotel for the sauna and pool advertised in the site. However, they can only be used from 8 to 10 in the morning which is of course impossible for anyone travelling for business, or anyone wanting to seize the day.

It has a 24-hour reception so there was somewhere to go when the ship from Helsinki arrived at 4 a.m. They had my room ready early, by around 12 pm. They also let me switch the breakfast from the day or leaving to the day of arriving, since on the final morning I wouldn't have had time to eat it. The breakfast offering was good. The room was as new, very good.

They had a convention going on, on the first day. It was a bit too busy at the hotel.

Friendly staff, modern and clean rooms. Breakfast is good quality. There's an availability to use a sauna and a pool in the mornings. The hotel restaurant is good, and pub has live music on Fridays and Saturdays. Location is great, in central Marienhamn, free parking provided.

View from the room was straight into a hedge on the inner courtyard. Can hear some noises from the floor above.

The staff was very accomadating. The gluten-free breakfast was a pleasant surprise. The location was excellent and our room was good as well.

Did not like that the door didn't close properly. The cleanliness of the bathroom was not exactly good. The last night we didn't get sleep because the other guests in our corridor couldn't be quiet at 3-4am. The bar and restaurant was just not open to hotel guests, which caused unpleasant noises at times.

Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Everything was clean nad our room was really quiet and comfortable. Temperatures were good, shower good. Overall I was pleased with our stay. I expected as much as this was a bit more expensive, but I liked the hotel.
