We initially booked an apartment that did not meet our expectations, but the staff immediately recognized the issue and promptly arranged a switch to a more suitable cottage. Their understanding of guest needs and willingness to assist was truly commendable. The team demonstrated excellent flexibility and genuine care in addressing our concerns, making the overall experience much more comfortable. We truly appreciated their support and hospitality.

There were a couple of areas for improvement. Hot water in the shower was only available for a few minutes at a time, requiring a wait before it returned. Additionally, having washing bidets in the bathroom would have been very helpful.

It was a quiet area quite near the city center. Very friendly and welcoming customer service and everything I needed in the room for the night. Nice bed and a shower. Tv too for those who wants to watch it. Room included a breakfast which was very delicious and had lots of options to choose from. Also had a permission to take my bike to the room as I was on a bikepacking trip. I really appreciate that.

Don’t have anything negative to say.

This place is honest, plain, simple, and does exactly what it says on the label. It is clean and tidy, and I thought value for money. Somewhere, I would totally recommend.

My only criticism would be that the 2 bedroom apartment that my father was in a separate building to the main hotel on the first floor and did not have a lift. My father has issues walking, he needs a wheelchair for any distance, so the stairs were a major challenge. Think the lift situation needs to be made a little clearer. There is a lift in the main hotel building. However, we just got on with it, and maybe I should have double checked at time of booking.

Staff was kind and helpful. They we re willing to change our room to a more silent and cooler. Breakfast was OK, not super good but fine.

There is no AC, so in hot summer the rooms can be uncomfortable. Opening the room window was difficult as the room was on street side, just above the entrance where people hanged around late at night and breakfast started early in the morning. Take a room from the silent side!

Great for sleeping - very quiet and very good curtains. Great location, relatively close to the center, but peaceful, quite a lot of buses go there too as well (for doing trips outside of Mariehamn, it might be even better to stay here than in the center, as buses go through this area anyway and it's shorter). Kind staff, good breakfast. Comfortable bed.

Could really use a wardrobe or at least some shelf, had to put all my stuff on the table or the armchair. Some scrambled eggs would be great for breakfast.

The people on the reception were all so friendly and helpful :-) Really have good memories of talking to them. The breakfast was very good! The kitchen was clean and nice to use.

I was staying in that part of July when it was pretty hot and the room didn't have air conditioning, so it was a little bit uncomfortable in that way. But I would still stay again considering all the good points.

A nice hotel in a quiet residential area. 6 minutes by car or a 40-minute walk to the center of Mariehamn. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Quiet room at the back of the hotel.

No air conditioning. The temperature was 27-29° C during our stay and the room was very warm. Finding a parking spot in the parking area can be a bit tricky if you arrive late in the evening

A peaceful place with friendly helpful staff. My room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable bed and bedding. Breakfast was a delight! So much to choose from! They run a very efficient breakfast room, clean and tidy, with everything you need to hand..the music playing was quiet and peaceful. I loved this place and would be very happy to return.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is recently renovated, everything is clean and tidy. Comfy beds and a nice armchair with a pouf for legs (a little thing, but I don't see it often in hotels and for someone with vein problems that's a big plus).

There is not much space to store your things. Basically, one should rather not unpack at all or keep moving things from the chair to the armchair then to the bed and so on.

Good family room. Nothing overly fancy, but just what you need. The personnel were really friendly and helpful. Extra plus that there were several Ukrainians working in the hotel. Breakfast was pretty standard. Good but not excellent.

At first, there was a foul smell in our bathroom, from the sewage. It went away quickly, after having flushed the shower for a couple of minutes. There was no charging point for electric car in the parking lot.
