Excellent value for money, everything worked properly. Was clean and Comfy.

The neighbor's dog is very aggressive and the gate is left open, the dog may cause you problems as you leave or arrive at the property. Guests smoke in their rooms which also fills the hallway with smoke and some of it came into my room.

we had a twin room, clean, cozy, quiet, well-equipped kitchen in the room, nice elderly host, easy check in. For the low price we paid it was very nice.

Mind, that although the apartament is quite close to the beach, due to some military area you cannot walk along the beach towards Golem, you can only walk along the beach towards Durres city centre.

The kindest and most generous host imaginable. She cleaned the room regularly and occasionally served me home made Albanian food and coffee as an act of kindness. She was available when I had any questions. The apartment and it's facilities were very clean and everything worked well. It was quiet and felt very safe with a wall surrounding the entire building. The apartment is not in the city center, but it's still a very lively area with lots of bars, grocery stores and cafes. It is just 150 meters from the main road with bus stations. It's just 200 meters from the "promenade" along a beautiful beach.

Hotel is quite far away from the center, but thank to this place is also very quiet. Beach is like 8 min. by foot from hotel. An old lady take care of hotel - she doesn't speak English, but it was possible to communicate. I have big, clean room with comfortable bed. Small kitchen is located on the balcony. Bathroom is small and clean.

there is no separate space for shower - it is just space between toilet and sink, so after shower everything is wet.

Location is great, close walk to Durres Beach. Stayed 3 nights. The place is clean. The room has a balcony and the bed and pillow are comfortable. They were kind enough to let me move downstairs where the heater was working better. Sabrina is sweet and was very motherly and helped me with my questions even when there were some language barrier. Communication with whatsapp with the owner was very quick.

absolutely fell in love with the owners, they are such beautiful people so warm and welcoming, I stayed for an extra month. even the day I left they came and gave me a hug and said they would miss me. Close to the beach, rooms cleaned every day great value , they will try and accommodate anything you need 10/10 rating from me

The stay was really pleasant thanks to the cutest and most helpful host. The old couple was really kind and helpful in everything i needed. I felt very safe and in good care. Appartment was very nice and fresh with kitchen and bacony, near to the beach and shops. Would definitely returner here and recomend everyone to stay here.

Absolutely the best bang for buck apartment I have ever stayed in, only 500 metres to the beach, the bus to town is only around the corner.Sabrina the owner is just a wonderful caring human being, I loved the place so much that I stayed an extra week!

Nothing absolutely perfect, I cannot recommend the apartment enough, did I say how cheap it was :-). I wouldn't stay anywhere else when visiting Durres

Coming from Kosovo, this was some of the homiest things I’ve ever felt! If you’re looking for something that feels like visiting your family down in durres, this is your place. Clean, well set up, cute garden, and in easy walking distance to the beach. You can’t get better at this price in all of durres

The apartment had everything we needed. The landlady is a nice woman and very kind, always at your service, whatever you need. She welcomed us and saw us off as if we were her relatives. The plaza is close.
