Great location. Sunbeds and umbrella on private beach in front of hotel as part of deal. Helpful staff. Very clean. Very comfortable bed, well appointed bathroom. Decent breakfast included (was enough for us). I would expect to pay more if looking for lots of choice.

Over-running construction works first few days but manager was true to his word and moved us into a sea view room for rest of the stay once scaffolding down. And what a view! Yes, there is a funfair and loud music in the evenings off the main promenade but this stopped by midnight so didn't bother us.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—close to shops, restaurants, and main attractions, which made it easy for us to get around and enjoy our trip. The hotel was spotless, and everything was very well maintained. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, and it made our stay even more comfortable and relaxing. The staff were all friendly and professional, but we especially want to mention Suada at the reception. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel at home and assisted us with everything we needed during our stay. Her positive attitude and willingness to help really stood out and made a big difference in our experience.

Excellent location, best staff in the area! The restaurant was amazing, definitely a must try! Breakfast had many varieties and very delicious! Best place to stay in Albania for sure!

It's so close to the sea! And you can book the sunbeds in the morning for free! The cuisine has a lot of choices, though the ice cream had only one flavor. The rooms are just the right size for getting in to shower and sleep in between the swimming and sunbathing.

There were occasional checks of rooms that were done with no knocks on the door, just the door opened with the master key. :( It made me jumpy because of no security illusion. If you like to dance in the evenings, and love the parks with some attractions - this is your spot. If you like quiteness - then it's a nono. The music is too loud in the evenings.

Very nice place for relax and enjoying, I was staying around 18 days in this hotel, it was very nice experience, rooms are so clean and comfortable, restaurant every time can surprise you with delicious dishes, bar have a very big cocktail cart, but special words for staff who is working, they are so nice , friendly and helpful, starting from reception, then restaurant , Sergei ( always smiling) even working so many hours, and beach men also very nice and for sure guys from bar , very professional bartender, and professional service, owners have to take care about staff they are doing this place perfect

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. Loved the location, right off beach and walking distance to everything.

Food wad okay need y ok work on bigger portions and the complimentary breakfast buffet needs to be refilled. Breakfast wasn't over and no food left to have or any coffee left. Serge was a sweetheart.

The location is fantastic, beachfront, right at the pedestrian lungomare of Durres, beautiful sights and the sunset is fantastic from the bar / restaurant. The view from the room was fantastic. The rooms were clean, confortable, with a minibar full of snacks and water and beer and everything you might need for an afternoon snack. The staff was wonderful from the manager to the reception and the cleaning members. Huge shout out to Bardha who was the welcoming smile that made me very welcomed in the hotel. Great job to everyone for the hard word that you put in. Try the restaurant and the different fish dishes and the pizzas that they make are fantastic!!

Doof doof music til midnight at the hotel beach bar ( which no one was listening to anyway) plus sideshow in front so noisy til late.

We were helped with bags and the room was okay, although a higher level floor would've been nicer. Got a discount, 50€ a night.

We couldn't change rooms to another floor although there were literally 1-2 people in addition to us in the whole hotel. Bathroom light was out and there was a broken wood piece in the bathroom which was covered with tape

Mr Losha I recommend to everyone this property for 17 nights with my wife and enjoy together very cleaning and very good service
