We had the most amazing time at Sandy Beach – honestly one of the best holidays we’ve ever had! Every single staff member was so friendly, helpful and professional. You could truly feel how much they care about their guests. The whole resort was super clean – every day, everywhere! Our room was perfect: a large king-size room with a whirlpool – we fell in love with it from the first moment. So cozy and romantic! Housekeeping was absolutely lovely – when our daughter accidentally made her bed linen dirty, someone came immediately to help us out. So kind and fast! The food was fantastic – from breakfast to dinner, every meal was full of variety and so delicious. No, it’s not à la carte – but every chef and kitchen assistant gives their heart and soul, and it shows! We really don’t understand how some people leave negative reviews. Of course, you can’t please everyone – but for us, it was perfect. Truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. And the pool area? Simply amazing! Super clean, relaxing, and every evening there were beautiful activities for the kids – one night movie night, another night dancing, then painting and crafts with the children… just so sweet and full of love. Special shoutout to the pool bar – wow! Every team member there had their own charm. The young woman in the morning was always funny and full of good vibes, making our day start with a laugh – and her cocktails were on point! And the man working in the evening? Despite all the stress and busy moments, he always stayed so friendly, calm and kind – and made the best cocktails. Just wow! Also, the reception team deserves a big thank you – always smiling, helpful, and warm. Whether it was about questions, special requests or just a kind word – they were amazing and made us feel welcome from the first second. We are so grateful for this unforgettable stay – thank you, Sandy Beach team, for every moment. We’ll absolutely be back! 💛🌴🍹

The setback location from the beach was a nice welcome adavantage, reducing light pollution from lit up beachfronts at night, reducing noise from music and talkers, and providing a nice short walk tot he beachfront. The food was tasty and decent drinks for the all inclusive package. Cleanliness was phenomenal, I think I saw floor being mopped 3-4 tims per day, tables were bussed promptly, and everyone was very polite

The food menu did get a little repetitive. I would suggest mixing up the weeknight menu a little more. It would be nice to have a jaccuzzi section for adults as well.

The resort itself was wonderful, perfect place for families. We have a 2 and 5 year old and they loved the soft play - uki (sorry if I misspelt her name) in there was so loving and always made it fun, playing music, dancing with the kids and letting them use beach toys to take to the beach, she is a real credit to this place! At reception Sylvia always had a smile on her face and made sure we were comfortable and all our needs met, no ask was too much for her. The food was all halal (except the pork dishes of which there would only be a few) and really good quality. The beach was well maintained and house keeping was excellent. The outdoor pools were cold but the indoor one was lovely and warm Would definitely visit again!

The location is far from main areas like tirana and durres and you have to get a taxi to go anywhere which can be quite pricey. Unless you're comfortable and hire a car it's quite inconvenient Since it was off peak a lot of restaurants around the area were closed The outdoor pools were too cold

I loved how the property is family friendly and stuff they have for kids - from swimming pool toys inside to the kids club where you can leave them to have fun. There is also a la cart restaurant where we went for dinner for my birthday and they literally blown me away with food and surprise cake. :) in addition, stuff is super friendly and helpful and the resort is very clean. The beach is amazing and sandy and we never had a problem finding sunbeds which ever time we came to the pool or beach.

Variety of food such as meat and fish was not on top and also local alcohol choice included in the all inclusive offer was terrible :(

Staff, cleaniness, service mind, sauna. We stayed inside of the hotel during 5 days and had no problem enjoying the quality family time.

The surrounding area (zero attraction in walking distance except for the beach full of garbage). The playroom could offer a bit more "unbroken" toys. Buffet is only available during the high season which was a bummer. We were fed but the food quality of the course meals are quiet disappointing.

Our stay at the hotel was very welcoming. Travelled with a friend but could easily travel solo here too. All staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is right on the beach. You can take a short bus journey (approx 30 minutes) to Durrës for 100 LEK (€1) if you want to venture out to the nearest town and explore some history and a different vibe. The bus stop is past the roundabout so ask reception for directions. Dinner was amazing with a wide range of foods to select from. Our room was cozy and comfortable and facilities were amazing....indoor pool is a bonus on the cooler days! If you like sunsets, then this is the spot to watch also.

Liked everything but would be great if there was more of a fruit selection at breakfast, whole bananas and sliced apples and melons.

The hotel was very clean. Beds made up everyday and room cleaned daily.

There's no toilets at the beach bar.

Prompt, responsive, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms, lobbies, green areas, pools - all facilities very clean. Excellent food: tasty, diverse and fresh. Very well equipped gym. Awesome playing areas for children. Movie night for children - popcorn included, pool activities. Amazing live music! Our party of 9 loved the 4 night stay at the resort!

The staff were amazing! So attentive to our needs and very welcoming! The rooms are a good size, the food was tasty and the beach was beautiful! Would definitely stay again!

All inclusive includes alcohol but it is quite basic. You have to pay for cocktails
