The hotel is real close to the beach, the see accessible, no big rocks to risk your feet. The personnel very friendly, almost everyone speaking english. The food besides being very tasty remarkable through variety, chef Erdogan a very friendly and polite person. For a family it's the ideal location in my opinion. Money spent right.

No la carte restaurant just 1 buffet restaurant in all the 5 star. Secondly the room, no bathrope given to us, also no coffee machine or even kettle for tea in the room, We couldn't use the swimming pool because Is just 1 and always crowdy with kids, the once we tried to swim in the pool we found a kid's shits every corner of the pool. Thirdly the staffs, few of the staffs were kind (which I mentioned earlier) while some had some attitude expecially the guy in the inside bar near the reception)

The room was good in good condition. The breakfast was good and plentiful selections. The beach and staff were professional.

The sauna/spa was badly organized and too warm. The dinner was also very badly organized and the food was mid.

The cleanliness, space, all the bedding and towels, the food was amazing and tasty, everything was at the right place at the right time. The staff members were helpful kind and friendly!
