Perfect location just by the beach and awesome pool area with luxury feeling. Lovely lush greenery. Huge breakfast buffet. Easy going and very friendly staff. Clean. Tasty drinks. Nice showers. Nice view from balcony. Felt safe and well looked after. Not in the middle of the more busy hotel area which was nice. Good price on food and drinks. I absolutely adore the color scheme of the hotel.

The bed was not very soft but it was ok. Restaurant closed at 4 which felt early. And I would love if there had been more foods to choose from, such as fruit and snacks. Went just before summer season start so the beach area was not set up.

The staff is amazing, from the first smile you see daily no matter the hour of the day or the night, to going the extra mile to accommodate requests or solve problems. The pool is cleaned daily and doesn't have a strong color smell. It was not heated but it was in the sun most part of the day so the water was pleasant. The food was delicious, they have a daily menu based on fresh local products and the price ND portions were very good. The breakfast had a lot of hot and cold options, vegetarian and also dairy free with cereals, pastries, cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, salads and multiple types of bread. The cocktails and drinks were delicious and brought to us at the pool, restaurant, relaxing area. The beach is across the street and has a large area with shallow water for kids. It is cleaned daily and is surrounded by other private beaches that are also generally clean. Unfortunately the public beach is not clean and sometimes the wind or sea bring garbage over. There is a fun park for kids next to the beach so they have plenty of entertainment. Multiple beach bars around the private beach of the hotel. The music is not blasting as the hotels are behind the street and only the beach bar music is playing in the background. There are a lot of playing grounds within 1 km of the hotel and a lot of shops and minimarkets. The room was cleaned daily and toiletries refreshed as well. They had books and boardgames to borrow and they could arrange car renting. Veri nice as well in offering recommendations for itineraries and what to visit in the country. There was a relaxing and dining area on the restaurant rooftop which was more private and quiet, away from the pool for adults or people who wanted a more relaxed vibe. People were reading, playing card, sipping cocktails or having breakfast there unbothered by kids or agitation. They had a lift, private parking and rooms facing both the sea and the city.

The neighboring hotels can have very loud entertainment programs and not the best quality. Not the hotel's fault, but sometimes if we wanted to just enjoy some sunshine from the balcony or have an afternoon nap with the door opened that wasn't possible.

Had a great stay, upper room with side-sea view, but windows looking to the quiter back. Perfect with smaller kids. Pool is nice, well maintained, breakfast was ok. Separate beach area across the road, with sunbeds! Possibility to book taxi to and from airport, fix rate. Amazing personnel, ready to help, thank you!

In Bathroom had no shower curtains, nor built in border, which caused flood everytime when used. With an always on the move toddler it was quite challenging. A rubber broom or such could help quite a lot!

We had a great stay! Overall very good hotel! The pool and restaurant area were nicely decorated with such a relaxing atmosphere! Room was big and view from balcony overlooked the sea and trees. The food was fantastic. WIFI worked everywhere, and we could park in the hotel. Couldn't ask for a better vacation!

We loved this family small hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was great. Right next to the beach in Golem. Easy access to public transport and restaurants nearby. The buffet breakfast was really good. Our room was the side Seaview and was very big with the perfect view.

I would add some fruit to their breakfast. Maybe was low season and a bit quiet but starting a day with some fruits and their delicious savoury breakfast would have been the perfect combo. The fridge didn't work. And the bathroom gets flooded after a shower because it's pretty small.

Marbella beach hotel is located in the quaint, authentic town of Golem, right across from the beach. The breakfast, beds, staff, pool, DJ (in the rain!), and surrounding grocery stores/couple of restaurants made the experience great. Elsido the manager personally took care of all 10 of us for 3 days straight! Booking transportation and getting recommendations were added hospitable bonuses. Thanks to the whole staff, especially Elsido, for a great beach trip at the start of the season!

Just be mindful of the neighbors because voices and sounds carry a bit!

Marbella beach hotel is in an excellent location. You just cross the road and you are on the beautiful beach. Amazing owner. Very friendly, funny and always happy to help. The room was very clean. I travel with 3 kids and they love the swimming pool!!! Food was always fresh and very tasty 😋. I highly recommend it to anyone who visits Albania. Thank you so much guys! We felt like at home!🙏

Great spot for a fantastic beach vacation. The hotel served a wonderful buffet with a large variety of tasty food. The rooms were spacious, incredibly clean, with a comfortable bed. Nice to have a swimming pool but mostly took advantage of the location right next to the beautiful white sandy beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. All around great experience.

This is a small and personable hotel. The staff work hard to make sure you enjoy your stay. The pool is beautiful and we had a great view of the pool and beach. Very friendly and great location.

We visited at a cooler time of year and needed more bedding but they were happy to supply what we needed.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Durres, Albania with my dog while traveling around the world. The hotel was an 10 out of 10, with everything being fine and the staff being extremely welcoming and friendly. The girl at reception was particularly polite and nice to talk to, and the owner checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay. The best part of the stay was how accommodating the staff was to my dog. They made sure we had a comfortable room and were able to easily move around the hotel with my furry friend. It was a relief to stay somewhere that was so dog-friendly and didn't make us feel like an inconvenience. Overall, our stay at this hotel was incredible and we felt like valued guests. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and accommodating stay in Durres, Albania, especially if they are traveling with their furry friend.
