Could feel cigarette smoke from other rooms. Surroundings with construction works. Some people even managed to smoke at indoor pool.

It exceeded our expectations! First of all the staff is highly professional, polite and welcoming. Everything in the SPA (salus per aquam) is very good. Breakfast and catering offer a large variety, including very tasty sweets, fresh fruits, and juices. Rooms are spacious and modern.

In general, we were positively surprised with everything in the compound. Initially, we reserved two rooms for our family, and upon arrival, the hotel offered us a better option with pool view and two balconies, for the same price, just because they had it available. This we considered very respectful.

Flower Hotels & Resorts is a place that I return frequently and it is truly one of my favourite places in the entire world. Everytime I go, I spent relaxing time to the inner or outer pool and afterwards I go for a calming massage at the spa and my favourite activity is dinner at the amazing restaurants they have, especially Brutal is my favourite if meat is your thing. If you prefer fish better, the other restaurant is great for that. During the summer evenings, you can enjoy dinner by the pool and listen to music by amazing live singers. Me and my husband and our family love this place so much that I just spent my birthday this weekend there and we have also celebrated our marriage dinner party there with our close friends and family. The staff is nothing short of extraordinary. They always try to make you feel at home and we have a 10 out of 10 experience everytime we stay at Flower Hotels & Resorts. I can’t wait to go back for every celebration. We highly appreciate their service and hospitality.

The family room was spacious and cleaned, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was plenty and delicious. The staff is great, polite and professional. The reception enabled us a late checkout until 2 PM, which was really appreciated.

The indoor pool area gets really crowded during the afternoon. A lot of smokers use the door connecting the spa area with the yard to get out smoking leaving that door continuously opened, which was disturbing for the rest, especially for the families with little kids.

The room was really nice for 4 people, quite spacious. The staff is super friendly and really helpful. The breakfast was diverse and many options.

There was no proper shower cabin, so the bathroom got pretty wet. Also, the basin had a bit of mold on the sides.

The room was awesome. However I'm not a fan of the thermostat being controlled by the reception desk. also I slipped on the wet tile in the bathroom and fell on my back. I think the Restaurant menu is a bit too limited, also it's pretty expensive. For me it's also a negative that the lunch and dinner menu is the same.

The shower needs Anti Skid strips adhered to the floor. The wet tile is too slippery, especially for older people.

Very good location with access to a private beach. Indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Extremely welcoming and helpful staff. Easy access to many attractions and restaurants. Reception staff was very helpful with hints. Eda welcomed us with a big smile on her face!

Few little things could make things much easier such as hooks in bathroom to hang wet towels. One coffee machine for breakfast is definitely not enough

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and beautiful The breakfast and dinner were very delicious.

The bed was a little too small even though I booked the deluxe room to have a larger bed, my feet still were out of bed, and I'm not too tall. The swimming pools were a little small, and in the outer one were still the tables from the bar around it, and it was a little awkward for you to be laying there while others were having coffe just in front of you.
