Pleasant hotel with very helpful staff. Breakfast was OK, and we did appreciate that there were some local specialities on the menu. The room was good (albeit a tad too small), the bathroom was nice.

We had no information regarding public transport - the hotel could prepare a flyer which explains how the buses work from the location of the hotel, and how they work in Durres. We didn't particularly like the location, but it did not have a negative effect on our overall experience.

Loved this hotel. Perfect for a relaxing break. Great pool area with comfy loungers. Restaurant served good quality Albanian food. This was great as everywhere else served Italian food. Staff were lovely and efficient. Great choice at breakfast buffet. The choice of fruit was fantastic.. Modern bathroom and balcony big enough to sit out in.. Room was quiet so we slept very well.

Just some little suggestions; More bowls at breakfast buffet Some direction for things to do in area The walk to main strip wasn’t great and area needs cleaned up. I know this isn’t responsibility of hotel but it did distract from the great hotel

This is a beautiful hotel, great finish with attention to details. Beautiful surroundings, great pool ( but cold water) .. ground great maintained. Room decorated with good taste. Hospitality of the staff on the highest level.. nothing ever is a problem,all handled with a smile and immediately. Great breakfasts,loads of choice,served 7 till 10 and everything was replenished till 10 o'clock do even if you came to 🥞 at the very last moment you still had all selection available. Efficient Aircon in the room and surprisingly quiet. Great and discreet cleaning service Phenomenal chef cooking fresh meals at evening... limited selection but everyone will find something and it's being served promptly and sooo tasty and fresh. Very reasonable prices. Service available all day around the pool Very attentive,just wave and they are there. Clean!!!! For the cat lovers which we are extremely affectionate 3 young cats around 😘

Few things missing against the booking description - safe box,iron. But just ask the beauty in reception and everything is sorted there and then. Our room had a missing shower cubicle door, reported to reception and we were moved to the new room within 5 minutes Cold water in a pool!! Jeeez 🤣 however the water is so enhancing and Cristal clear that we overcame the fear of cold and enjoyed a few great splashes. Location - nice surroundings but to get to the first line and beach and restaurants you have to cross over road bridge- there is few of them and no other option..I hated them...was very scared.

A lovely gem of a hotel. We chose this on the basis of reviews we'd read and weren't disappointed - we knew all about the walk across the rail track and rusty iron bridge so that didn't phase us. Even though the hotel was fully booked it was quiet with no noisy groups. Our room was right next to the lift shaft but we didn't hear a thing plus, being on the second floor, we had a decent view from the balcony across the lawn and to the sea beyond (seen between the tall buildings on the opposite of the road!). The bed was THE most comfortable we have ever slept in and the shower water was also always hot. The cleaners did an excellent job and provided clean towels each day which wasn't expected. Klaudio and Daniella were professional and very welcoming, and all the other guys who served at breakfast or in the bar were excellent. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Olivia's Hill to anyone interested in staying in Durres.

There was loads on offer for breakfast but it would have been nice to see a few different things from day to day, plus it would have been good if the cooked eggs and fried bread could have been hot!

Hospitality was great right from the first day we arrived. The staff treated us like family, not letting us have the feel that we are far away from home. Proximity to nature is perfect, and it's just 6 minutes' walk from the beachside . The facility is amazing, I can go on and on as regards the review, but what I can assure you is that a visit to Olivias will complete your trip to Durres Albania. A complete holiday spot. Thank you, Olivias Hill, for a wonderful time in Albania, I look forward to visiting again soon.

We really enjoyed our time in the hotel, it was one of the best hotel that we stayed. We enjoyed the breakfast. There were a lot of options. Our room was really clean. They really take care of cleaning in general in the property.The staff was very friendly. We had some good moments in the pool. The hotel is close to the beach and local people are really friendly. We recommend this hotel to everyone.

Very clean nothing to say about it, possibility to have cleaning room service.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful. We stayed a couple of nights here and spent our last day around the pool before heading off to the airport for an evening flight. It was very handy they had a poolside shower and decent changing area. Thay also have a fantastic traditional Albanian menu, which I thought was excellent. Also great parking options and good accessibility to the city centre.

They could do with offering some 'light lunch' options for days by the pool.

Reception, I waited 25 minutes for them to prepare the room beyond the time the room was supposed to be ready. Afterwards, they gave me a room on the ground floor, even though I had booked a higher floor. That room was not even ready and it smelled from the previous guests. After an appeal, I finally got a room that they could and should have given me right away...

Good modern hotel between Durres and Golem. Clean and comfortable with a nice pool and sunbeds in abundance. Small garden around. Young and kind staff. The room is big enough, comfortable and soundproofed, cleaned every day.

Neighbourhood is not the best, next to the busy street and close to other buildings (I had a view to another building). Breakfasts just average and boring - every day the same with one warm item: fried eggs, which were served... cold. Reception desk was empty in the afternoons; apart from that, it was a bit messy, not the best first impression.
