Excellent stay, room very modern, good air conditioner, beds very comfortable. Our room was bigger enough for a family of 4. Large bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom with a large shower and plenty of hot water. Hotel is very close to the beach and restaurants. Hotel reception staff was very helpful with organising taxis and information on how to get around. The restaurant at the hotel was excellent, very accommodating for the kids And price good too. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, fruit, local dishes, and bread. Coffee, tea and juices.. I would recommend getting in early to get food as it warm. There was nothing keeping the food warm. I would definitely recommend and I will be visiting again.

Very good staff that made my stay very comfortable. Loved the proximity, beautiful views around, and easy access to the beach. Good food as well. I definitely would consider booking the same hotel if I happen to plan another visit to Albania and that area.

I did not like the fact that the restaurant was cash only, with no card payment, and yet at reception card payment was accepted. Same hotel, restaurant running like separate entity. It is an inconvenience. Not everyone carries that amount of cash for daily food for a whole week. Plus, I paid in Euro, and change was given in local money, Lek. That is the only issue that I found not quite inline and not tourist friendly.

1. The rooms - clean and spacious. The staff was changing our towels everyday and the sheets every other day. 2. The breakfast - although they were cooking the same things every morning, there were many options so you get to eat every day smth different. We loved especially the freshly baked chocolate or jam-filled croissants, but we had to wait a bit to get them as they werent so many like the other things. 3. The staff is very friendly and responsive in case you need anything.

The hotel, the restaurant and the staff were great, but the beach itself could be maintained a bit better and maybe change some of the sunbeds 😉

- told to eat breakfast indoors however it was busy and a non-smoking area, giving guests an option to eat outdoors would be better - told to go to beach through hotel’s main entry and not through hotel restaurant was quite inconvenient as there are fast cars right next to you and lots of cars parked outside…making it harder to get through the beach

The property and the units are as near as perfect it could get. New and clean, electronic locks and a very nice cleaning staff, they do magic. Good breakfast and a nice big canteen so that you always have a place to stay and never have to wait. 10/10 recommended by a GL3

The thing that I did not like, was the parking type was a little bit chaotic but thats just A drop in the ocean and will not stop me from booking another vacation.

This is our second time here, so you could say that the hotel was ok for our the first time. As stated in my original review our stay in Bella Vista was pleasant. The room was clean and equiped with amenities such as air condition, tv and a small fridge. It also has a big enough balcony looking at the beach and the parking lot. Food was ok, but it could use a bit more variety. The beach itself is only a couple of meters away from the hotel. As I mentioned earlier free car parking is available. There is also a small store close to the hotel where you can buy some basic stuff.

Same as last time... parking is crowded and you have to leave your car keys at the reception so that they can move your car around the parking. It tends to get noisy during the night because of the roads close to the hotel (it gets better if you close your windows).

Personnel was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned spotless everyday. There is a market nearby. Hotel restaurant is also great with many tasty options, we had couple of meals there.

Breakfast was cold, we tried it on different hours and nothing changed.

The service of the hotel was outstanding. Staff was extremely polite and always very helpful. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable.

Quite noisy as hotel is located near the street but in general we were most of the time on a beach where you couldn't hear the noise.

Hotel was modern and clean. All the staff were very friendly. The location was great with its beachfront location and on the main area with lots of restaurants, shops and bars within easy walking distance. Lunch / evening menu was good and the food was great.

The breakfast was very repetitive but lots of choice

The rooms were clean, the breakfast had a wide selection, the beach was beautiful and close, and there were all kinds of shops nearby.

A tragic event occurred on the beach where the lifeguard was unable to help. I think the lifeguard have to know how to perform CPR.
