We were a family of 5 with little kids and an infant. We only stayed two nights. It was our stop before heading to the south. I loved the comfortable size of the room. Very clean and had all the amenities i was looking for. The bathroom was very clean also. The staff was very sweet and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was amazing with great varieties and traditional treats. The lady at the restaurant who was serving us breakfast was the sweetest and great customer service. I would definitely come back to this hotel. The location was a bonus. It is right in the center of the city and we could walk everywhere. Also, many shops and places to eat around the area.

We really loved it. We stayed in different hotels during our trip to Albania and this was my favorite.

Very central and equipped with all the necessities. Room was big and comfy and the bathroom was well maintained. Breakfast was good and we especially appreciated the lady servicing the buffet. She took extra care to prepare puréed food for our little one. The pizzas of the pizzeria on the restaurant level were amazing. Final caring touch was on our checkout. We left very early and couldn’t have breakfast. The staff prepared us a takeaway and that was so kind of them.

Sink in the bathroom needs a bit more space to place toiletries. Few more hangers would help especially for longer stays. One more suggestion: maybe invest in a couple more ramps to the elevator so it’s easier to stroll to with little kids or disabled guests.

I really liked the location as it was in the center of the city where you could catch a taxi or walk around the nearby stores. I really really enjoyed the breakfast which was included in our stay. the food was so fresh and tasty from a selection a variety of organic/ bio food. The front desk and workers at the bar were polite and helpful. the hotel has an inside restaurant where you could choose to eat lunch or dinner at any time.the cleanings crew was great and kept our room spotless .

there were couple of things that i wanted to mentioned for improvement purpose . the shower door kept leaking water outside every time we used the shower. and we had to use towels on floor. the sink in the bathroom was a bit small to put toiletries such toothpaste , toothbrush or things to use for washing your face . maybe small vanity in the bathroom would be a good idea. the fridge was a bit small to hold few water bottles as it was so hot and we needed the constant cold water. also having a small microwave in the room would be a bad idea also having some paper plates , cups and utensils would be a great option to have to use for leftover food or snacks .

The location of the hotel is outstanding. It's located directly on the main square. Private underground parking helps keep the car cool at the hotel. Room was good, comfortable but nowhere to sit besides the bed. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly staff. Quick check in and check out. Printing services available. Bar and pizzeria on ground floor.

No hot water pot in the room. Breakfast could have more choices.

The best location in town with a view of the river and city. Staff was beyond friendly. By the end of our trip they became friends. We had booked economy and they upgraded us at 0 extra charge. Food was excellent and a big breakfast variety. Drinks were delicious and they kept the bar opened 3 more extra hours just for us. Highly highly recommend

Locatipn and car parking security which is very important in Albania. The bedrooms are huge, clean and the comfortable bed is massive too..Very impressive entrance and coffee/bar area that was busy which is a good sign. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Elevator does not go all the way to the ground floor so there are a few steps to carry luggage ( not a major problem). The bedroom which was comfortable did not a chair to sit on although there was a stool if wanted at the mirror presumably for doing makeup..

Perfect position, in the main square of Fier. Nice view from the room, which was big and comfortable. Easy parking in the private garage under the building.

The position of the hotel, the breakfast, the staff was very kind, the room was very nice and cozy.

The manager Marko was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was perfect and the bar amazing with the best staff. The breakfast delicious. I recommend this place 100%. Will be back for sure
