The air conditioning works great in the apartment, everything is spotless, there is a kitchen. Breakfast was included and staff were able to get us a ride to Tirana with their cousin for a discount (better than taking the bus). We slept well and it was quiet, spacious and peaceful. There are also kittens, dogs, and birds on the property as pets. The property is beautiful with an inner courtyard and lots of flowers. Our apartment had lots of protection from the sun, a balcony, and lots of electrical outlets.

There was no hot water at all. So you either had to shower in ice cold water or heat water in a bucket from the water cooker and squat over it (not my idea of a vacation). Also we were on the third floor so lots of stairs (although we didn’t mind that at all!!). Breakfast was really good but also simple, I hope you like bread and carbs. Breakfast consisted of a cooked egg (yum), some bread, fried bread, and cookies. Not bad but it may be a problem for some.

The rooms were finished building one week before we arrived. They are on the 4th floor of the building and there is no lift so you will get some exercise. The rooms had very good, modern finishes and appliances. The bed was very large and ultra-comfortable. Our rooms also had generous balconies. The rooms as well as the entire property were very clean. There is also private parking space supervised by a camera so you do not have to worry about break-ins. The property is located at maybe 5 minutes walk from a beach with very good restaurants and maybe 15-20 minutes walk from the main promenade (so you do not really need your car or a taxi). There are also convenience stores near the property but you will have to pay cash. Breakfast each morning is a combination between American and Continental breakfast, but quite generous and delicious. The property owners are very nice, helpful and flexible so do not hesitate to ask if you need any information about Vlore.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The private parking was a great convenience, especially for those with their own vehicle. I was also pleased with the added services, such as the laundry service, which made my stay even more comfortable. The staff was incredibly polite and familiar, always ready with a smile and willing to help with anything I needed. One of the best parts was how close the property is to the beach-it's just a short walk away! They even offered free beach towels, which was a thoughtful touch and made beach trips so much easier. Overall, a perfect place for a stress-free, enjoyable stay. Highly recommended

We booked for my Husbands Birthday. Our apartment was perfect, as described & lovely & clean. We had pretty much everything we needed and could ask for anything we didn't. Our bed was very comfortable & big. Our balcony was plenty big enough to sit on with a glass of the homemade wine that you can purchase at the bar/reception for €6. Breakfast was lovely & fresh & plentiful. Too plentiful really & I felt awful not being able to finish all of the amazing bread & doughnuts. I'm already missing the two gorgeous kittens & the lovely dog who were never any bother quite the opposite. The location was great for us. We dined locally at the Sea & Sand hotel & used their sumptuous sunbeds, buying reasonably priced drinks served to you on the beach. We ate at a new restaurant further down the beach toward Vlore, forgotten the name but was lovely. We tried the local fast food but was disappointed by the Gyros and a real lack of meat. Mr Gyros in Vlore near the harbour was lovely and was just a 20 min - 1/2 hour stroll along the beach or main road from the apartment. Felt safe & although the area outside of the apartment on the main road isn't the cleanest, we have realistic expectations, so this didn't bother us and us certainly not within the control of Villa Arial staff. The staff spoke very good English & were typically really busy.

Service was, at times, slow at breakfast, often having to ask for coffee or glasses for the orange juice. Some gu6est would be served before us despite arriving after but it is hard to keep track of who is coming & going when it's busy, which we understood. And in the evening at the bar staff didn't check whether we were requiring another drink, or were very visable. We'd just go to reception if we did and let them know we were then attended too well. The staff worked really hard, and there were a lot of guests coming and going daily, so we understood and just had patience..sadly unlike some of the other guests. The restaurant wasn't up and running, which was a shame. None of this detracted much from what was a very pleasant stay at a very reasonable rate.

If you want a super private, condo style apartments, very spacious, great lighting, stocked with tech inside starting from automatic windows to the super AC. i would rate the bed 20 out 10 , the fact the it had a balcony made it 100 times better, to smoke or have some late night talk. Having included breakfast is always a bonus, furthermore it is everything homemade from Cheese, Pancakes , 3 different Jams, Honey, Milk & Juice, Eggs, tomatoes & cucumbers. 10 out 10 again. Not to mention the Staff super friendly and very hardworking. Almost forgot - Free parking provided.

Great room, plenty of storage, very clean and comfortable. Great shower too. Had a meal here which was very good.

We were on the 4th top floor and no lift. I couldn’t carry my case up, but the owner saw me waiting at the bottom for my husband to come back after taking another case up and he kindly offered to take mine. Would have preferred a lower floor. Distance into the centre on foot is about a mile, and not much choice of restaurants near by.
