The hotel staff was helpful and professional. The room was clean and tidy. Facilities were exceptional; the best shower experience I've had. The rooms are technologically advanced which add to the experience (digital AC, smart buttons for room service, makeup of room etc.).

The parking experience was not optimal. We had to call to get parking cleared. The parking basement which is otherwise suggested for large SUVs boasts enough room for guests, but the hill down to the parking is incredibly steep, so we damaged our car driving in and out. Our room was a "sea view" which was a far shot from what you would expect. We could basically see a splash of sea between two buildings in the distance.

Everything was good: the size of the room, design, parking, comfort, location and breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful and deserved *****. Will return again.

The location of the hotel is perfect to explore Vlore. It is at the start of the promenade in the Lungomare area so you are located close to the beach, to bars and restaurants. The city centre is also only a short walk if you would like to explore the old town or areas away from the sea front. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed in any hotel I've ever stayed in. There is a great selection for breakfast. The hotel has bikes which are free of charge to rent. It is a new and modern hotel and spotlessly clean. It is very reasonably priced for the location. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel along the main road where the intercity bus is and the long promenade on the beach. They rooms are big and very clean. The beds are soft and comfortable. There’s air conditioning and breakfast that’s good in the morning. The staff are the sweetest people, thank you! They let us know that really the boat trips and beaches in the towns nearby are the true gems

Nothing. Just note the hotel’s entrance may be strange because the hotel is really on the 2nd floor (1st floor for Europeans) by stairs or elevator. Sometimes in the afternoon it smells a tad like the restaurant below. Honestly not an issue.

It is a very nice hotel right in the center and next to the walking area around the beach. Close to many bars and restaurants and easy to access and have a walk around. The room we selected was great for 3 people, 2 separate rooms with beds. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good and enough, I liked the fact that we were offered true espresso! It has also free parking that is being locked for the night.

This really isn’t a problem but they have no sign on the outside indicating the hotel. I’m not sure why. You need to enter through the doors directly to the right of KFC. Look for a short golden post with a rope on each side of the doors. When you walk in you will see two black statues. Around the corner to the left will be the elevator. Go to the 1st floor and you will see the reception. The other thing is they have piped in music on speakers throughout the hotel. Not a problem, but somewhat annoying if you’re trying to rest.

The parking situation is not good. There are only 3 parking slots and the garage is so bad built a usual car would not fit (our car and many more) so we had to pay for parking everday extra. No dry clean reck for clothes (like mentioned in the descriptions).

The hotel was beautiful and the rooms were really nice. The best thing about this hotel was the staff. The girl who checked us in came out to meet us at our car because we couldn’t find the hotel. She got in with us to help direct us to the parking. Then while checking in she asked if we had any food intolerances which I do and so they were able to prepare some food that worked for me for breakfast. Really nice people and nice place. Well worth the cost!

Nice apartment-style hotel with reasonable price. The receptionists are very friendly and the room is beyond my expection. It is very spacious and clean. 5-10minutes walk to the sea and the neighborhood is queit safe. The breakfast is very generous with both hot and cold choices.

The location is not easy to find at the first time. Just Looking for the door besides the KFC (on the right), and go directly to the elevator, you will find the hotel's name on the button.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels in this class we stayed in! Beautiful rooms. Great price / quality ratio. The lady at the reception should earn a gold medal. Super helpful with all inquiries and asks, easy to communicate in English.

Poor breakfast menu, lack of choice but you’ll find all you need. Overall tasty.
