Great location and lovely staff. The room was superb and my husband used the pool in the spa - like a big fish tank - but very refreshing. Lovely breakfast

The coffee provided at breakfast - it’s in a big urn. You could order a better coffee - but it cost more so we didn’t bother. I would buy a machine that uses coffee grinds or give better coffee for free. It’s what’s expected for a 4 star hotel. However the hotel is excellent value and it was the same in another 4 star hotel in Albania - so perhaps its what’s normal

Modern and beautifully decorated hotel, good location, comfortable and clean rooms. The late night receptionist is very nice and friendly. Food at the restaurant is excellent. (Dinner)

Breakfast could be improved, it was different every day but not in a good way, also one morning they decided that we had to pay for the coffee separately, so you had breakfast included but not the coffee? The spa was out of order and I have seen comments from other guests saying the same from other dates so it seems to be a recurring problem or they simply don’t maintain it, either way it’s disappointing.

The breakfast was really good. Also the private parking and the general design of the hotel.

We had to ask for a second blanket three times over the course of two days until it arrived and in the room on the glass wall between the bathroom and the rest were very visible fingerprints (which were not from us) during the whole stay.

The location was ideal, but what truly stood out was the incredibly helpful staff. When our car broke down and all the mechanic shops were closed, the staff immediately jumped into action, calling around to find a solution for us. They went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this place, 100%!

Newer hotel in an ideal location with a good restaurant and a nice small spa. The staff is amazing. Everyone is very professional and friendly, both receptionist, Deni and Silvia went out of their ways multiple times to help accommodate my travel plans. This kind of particular service, is what makes the difference between a rather okay experience and a memorable one. Also, the octopus from the restaurant was hands down the best I had in Vlore, which is saying a lot considering the food everywhere was very good! Will definitely go back!

Not so much the property itself, but the location it is a little distant from bus terminal arriving from Tirana. 10-15 mins cab ride. Not a deal breaker! Just prepare ahead.

Really liked the hotel will be featuring them in our blog, the location was great and so was the room. Enjoyed the spa, was disappointed we only got to try the breakfast which was very nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was the fact I didn’t upgrade to an even better room, the sea view rooms are completely worth it

We have chosen this hotel because of inner pool and sauna and it was great choice. We have used Spa late in the evenings, so it was kind of privat for us two. The location of the hotel is perfect. We had an absolutely perfect stay! The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious every single day. But the highlight was definitely the amazing location, with a breathtaking sea view that we’ll never forget. Highly recommended!

the location is amazing, the personnel is also good and they help a lot. the bathroom exceeded my expectations, the shower is from porcelanossa and you can activate hearing in the pavement. all the towels that were on the floor were dry because of that not wet like in the others hotels.

the room was a little bit small and we needed to walk around the bed to reach the other places in the room. the spa is not finished yet, we wanted to use it but it has some unsecured cables that could be dangerous for my son. the swimming pool is nicely designed but the water temperature was close to the sea in may not suited for swimming.

Warm welcoming and friendly staff, the hotel is in an Excellent location, it is tastefully decorated and is exceptionally Clean. Away from the main busy crouds in the evening. The lunch/ evening menu is Simple but perfect for the quality....and the food we had was very good.

More coat hangers perhaps? 5 is not enough. Maybe a golf buggy service to the hotel beach for the older and less able guests? ...Although it is flat it was a very long walk to the hotel sunbeds and back.
