I really loved the experience at Charm Hotel , the hotel is quite new and very nicely decorated, very spacious and clean room, staff very friendly and helpful. Also the location was perfect with an amazing view of the sea and a lot of sun shine. I would definitely recommend it!!

everything was great. large family space with two rooms (2 double beds plus single one) very nicely modernly furnished, very friendly staff and good breakfast. prime location - first row by the sea. we were very impressed! we recommend!

Everything was really great. The location is superb because it is located on the boulevard. Restaurants and stores were in walking distance. The room was excellent. Super neat and very clean. It also smelled really nice. We had room 203, located in the corner of the building. We had a bathtub in the bathroom and a small balcony where the sun shone from 10 am till sunset. Really great if you love the sun. We could eat our breakfast here almost everyday. There is a breakfast menu where you can choose what you want. This is then served to your room at the time of your choosing. But the staff really made the whole experience extra great. They went the extra mile in everything. From special breakfast wishes, advice for a photographer and even when we had car troubles she went with us to the local garage to help translate. So, the hotel is worth every penny and the staff will do everything they can to make you as comfortable as possible.

Even in the quieter months, Vlora is such a great place to visit if you’re looking for some rest and relaxation. The property was neat and well furnished . Comfy bed and a really nice breakfast. Had areas for pictures with good lighting too . Staff were lovely and really helpful at all times . Cleaner did an exceptional job as well 😃

There was no kettle in the room , although we didn’t ask so I would like to assume that a kettle would have been made available if we asked . There was power cut quite frequently probably because of the rain , however I didn’t like that there was no provision for temporary power surely during power cuts . So we stayed in the dark sometimes

Location is amazing, hotel is really charming and modern and the staff are super service minded. Rooms are very well planned and thought through. Special thanks to Glorja who helped us the most and was really professional, proactive and super helpful and made our stay so convenient and seamless, always with a friendly smile. Breakfast was great despite not having any restaurant.

Although the breakfast was of great quality (awesome croissants) and you have plenty of cafés and restaurants just down the stairs, it would definitely be a huge plus if they had their own breakfast seating.

As clean as a hotel can get. The service was exceptional. The staff really went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Ola, the receptionist was ever so receptive and kind. They even paid attention to small details like putting the flowers we got into a jar of water when they cleaned our room. The breakfast options were limited but was very rich and nutritious. Adequate Parking was available with CCTV coverage.

The only downside is that the hotel isn't right at the beach, but the cleanliness and service makes up for it.

Stay from September 25th to October 2nd, 2024. The hotel parking lot is not easy to find by car, but the staff have one Video sent via WhatsApp, no problem. The hotel is located on the 1st floor and partly above the Broadway Bar. Furthermore, it is on a promenade. There are many restaurants, coffee shops, bars too Shops and exchange offices. The gently sloping sandy beach is a stone's throw from the hotel. There are also loungers in line with the hotel, and you can get beach towels at the reception. We had a room with 2 balconies. The room seemed new and valuable. Everything is very clean. The staff, especially the two girls at reception, are super friendly and very helpful. There is no breakfast room in this hotel, but breakfast is brought to the room. We were initially rather skeptical about this, but then we were very positively surprised. There was a breakfast selection list in the room. In the morning we handed in a piece of paper with our breakfast selection at reception and after 15 minutes we received a delicious breakfast, which we were able to enjoy on the balcony when the weather was nice.
