The staff was very kind and always smiling. The breakfast had a lot of variety and the coffee was so good! The beach was right accross the street, the parking right behind the hotel in an underground garage , so it was very safe. These are all included in the price of the room. The room was modern and we loved the view. Definitely coming back!

We had an excellent experience at this hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff went above and beyond with their kindness and professionalism. From the very first moment, we felt like part of a family. The hospitality was outstanding, making our stay truly memorable.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. Very kind, and always greeting you with a smile. They gave great advice and helped us with anything we needed. Parking is included and even at this busy time we found parking just In front of the hotel. It's very central, and overall a clean and quiet place considering its location. Breakfast included a lot of options, and the coffee is great.

Unfortunately the standard rooms are quite small, and you can hear some loud banging through the walls until about midnight, and then starting again at 6 / 7am. Whilst the beach is close, it seems the plumbing of the city leads into the ocean and very close to where people swim. Cannot recommend the beach here, you can smell why. Hope the municipality does something about this.

Good breakfast, polite and friendly personnel, clean room and 2 local shops nearby.

Air conditioning system leaked in the middle of the night, pouring water from the ceiling lightning, the beach was acceptable, despite annoying “salesmen” hanging around and trying to sell something to you. The beach was also located directly to the road, bringing in some noise and dust. Also, the restaurant downstairs was extremely loud during the night.

Rooms are not big, but modern and are properly equipped. Airco is superb. Bed was comfortable. Hardworking personnel, always friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options and very tasty. We had to choose hotel last minute and overall happy with our choice.

The isolation could be better: our room was right next to reception&common area, so we could hear staff putting breakfast ready at 7:00AM. Although I admit that they tried to do it as quiet as possible.

Great brakfast, every day a bottle free water, very very kind personal, they all spek english.

Room was clean. The stuffs were really helpful and friendly.. The hotel is beach front.. 😊 so you can go to the beach at any time. The area was really happening.. Lots of options for foods and chill. Breakfast was good. Either they will give you a menu to choose or buffet.

A good hotel and the reception is excellent. Specifically, the employee Casey is one of the best employees that I have seen. She helped me on trips. If I want to repeat my trip to Flora, I will come to this hotel only because the employee Casey is very polite, respectful, and a classy person.

Very good location. Lovely staff. Adequate breakfast selection. Nothing too much trouble.

Constant dull thud from the living accommodation above, like a child bouncing a ball. Whenever we where in our room it was heard. Other guests had it too. Unfortunate.
