The lobby and restaurant were beautiful. The outdoor area and the gardens are impressive with a very nice children's area and a large pool. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Nice place to spend a weekend relaxing.

Finding the access to the hotel was very difficult. The address provided is a spot in the middle of the highway. Our driver did not know which exit to take. We ended up driving on a side road that was muddy and full of potholes. It looked very sketchy. They should explain which exit the hotel is located at as well as have signs on the highway before the proper exit. As well, on the site it is listed as being only 7 km from the airport, but it is actually over 22 km away and a 25 minute drive.

It was great to stay there near the International Airport , we get arranged a taxi to there/ The hotel has exellent facilities like swimming pool and Spa but due to personal reasons I couldn;t enjoy them, hope next time!

It would be good to have the possiibility to prepare coffe/ hot water in the room Even the hotel offers some snacks, there was missing a kiosk or small supermarket in the vecinity to buy some food besides what the restaurant offers. The dinner was really tasty but very slow until we get the food ( we wait more than half an hour!) . But he waitress was very kind !

The pool. I was able to use it even in the dark, which is not always the case with other accommodations that have an outdoor pool. I was able to get the towels I needed for its usage. The room was extremely clean and spacious, with everything I needed for just one night.

Having a blowdryer available in the room, the hand-held shower did not work properly, and it made it harder to shower. Other than that, everything was good.

Our room was very nice comfortable had what we needed. Internet was great. The pool was to cold to use so cant rate it but looked beautiful. Restaurant was very good ate dinner and breakfast enjoyed it.

The road in was really a tough ride in was a dirt road and rained was really of muddy. The way in was marked out nicely. Parking also was rough was gravel and a lot of puddles

the rooms were confortable and the breakfast was great. The water park across the hotel looked wonderful but we coudn't enjoy it.

the access is through a gravel road with lots of holes during 1.5km which seemed insane. There was lots of mosquitos.

the road is unpaved, without lights... I feel unsafe until I get to the hotel... and even more so because they don't speak Spanish... I feel very tense

Pool and other places just great, the same the room and breackfast. Only the restaurant has to improve service, cause I was not allowed to take my doggy bag with me after sunday lunch.

Need urgently to improve check in/out procedure - it should be automatic or by shifts

Great location for the airport, the staff very friendly and helpful. The grounds and pool are great, however the hotel is looking a little tired and in need of some TLC.

The 2 km entrance needs to be taken care of, such a beautiful place but the road is an eye sore,then again the municipalidad de ezeiza should address this issue because u have a new intersection at 100 Mt and not connected to the hotel ,tells me something is wrong with local municipalidad,.too bad

There was a sound of washing machines, that lasted all night, and it wasn’t possible to sleep 😕
