The hotel staff was extremely friendly and efficient in handling everything from welcoming us, to showing us the facilities and the check-out The breakfast had a huge variety of fruits, yogurts, croissants, filled-croissants and many other tasty things. They also provide (free of charge) additional dishes on request. The location is quite convenient for us, not wanting to stay right in downtown Buenos Aires, nor in the usual touristic areas. Rooms were quite standard for their price, nothing impressive, yet clean, tidy, comfortable and effective. Finally, they have a restaurant which serves food from 11am until 11pm and were flexible enough to prepare something for us when we arrived quite late on our first night. Food was a bit pricey, but on the higher end, so it was reasonable anyway.

The breakfast, attentiveness of the staff at the reception, the cleanliness of the room. I have to specially point out that the staff at the reception is very thoughtful and attentive to our needs. I asked the reception the night before to book us a taxi at 3:45 am the next day going to the airport. On our way out, the reception staff handed us a big bag of breakfast, which I have never thought of ordering. This was a total surprise to us, but it was such a nice gesture. Thanks the reception staff for being so attentive to our situation.

the heat / air conditioning was not working properly

Everything was great. The Staff were incredible, anything we asked for they were there to help with immediately. I’ve never experienced such friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were lovely and clean and the facilities were great. Our room was amazingly stocked with two little chocolates on arrival & an amazing set of toiletries. The heated rooftop pool was a great bonus. The breakfast was also fantastic. They had a lovely selection of hot & cold food, the best selection of fruit I’ve ever seen and beautiful pastries.

The floor of the bathroom got a bit wet when we showered but this didn’t really bother us.

Good location, great value, and breakfast was included. The staff was really helpful and friendly. The beds were very comfortable. The GYM area was really nice, although the pool was super shallow.

We had a problem with the air conditioner one of the nights, it was solved remotely but no one ever called to confirm everything was okay. The pool was super shallow and didn't really allow for much enjoyment or swimming. It was like a big bath tub. Add pancakes or waffles to the breakfast.

A very nice city hotel and very centrally located for a comprehensive Buenos Aires tour. The staff are very friendly and when we pointed out that the shower head was past its best, it was replaced straight away. The rooms are cleaned very well every day and the drinks in the bar as well as the breakfast are absolutely recommendable. We would definitely come back again.

The pool was unfortunately very very warm and not open for very long. Otherwise we have no negative points.

Staff was amazingly kind, friendly and of service! Everyone was always very smiley and helpful! Breakfast is really good & plentiful. Room where the brekkie is served is pretty nice, it also serves as a café/restaurant outside of brekkie hours. Room was big, bathroom was big too! Location of the hotel is good, plenty of business around, easy to reach, in between two metro stations.

Although I used it, I thought the gym room was too small, outdated equipment. Swimming pool seemed to be closed each time I tried to check it out. Carpet in the rooms is a terrible nest for dust etc.

The hotel not in the middle of town. Its on a main street, with working people, small neighborhood shops and near the metro. We took Uber everywhere so not a problem. Take Uber, rather than taxis who tend to overcharge tourists. Staff were outstanding-- letting us into rooms early, answering sooo many questions with a smile or good suggestions, storing our luggage while we went on a city tour. The breakfast was delicious with many choices of pastries, fruit, juices, and hot dishes. Like being in a good patisserie.

Our only minor gripe was our room faced the main street so it was noisy.

Excellent buffet style breakfast and nice breakfast area. Location is in a middle class neighbourhood close to many stores, including a few excellent ice cream places. The staff was nice and helpful. It was nice to have the mini-kitchenette in the room. I recommend rooms facing the back of the hotel, as the front is on a busy street.

Even though the hotel is not located near the center or other city quartiers like Palermo or Recoleta it is easy move with the Subte, buses or taxi. Breakfast is a very good one, once I had problem but the staff kindly gave quick solution. We could find good places to eat just walking in the surroundings. I had mistaken my staying dates (it should have been 5 nights and not 4 as I scheduled, so we had to extend one day more and they accepted.

I had received the hotel prices I had to pay and booked the place under those references, but when we approach to pay they said, that weekend prices were different even though we showed the Booking notification. They never mentioned that issue in the agreement. Finally we had to pay more of what agreed.

- nice breakfast - everything worked well, hot water, drain, water pressure - bed and bed linings were clean and ok

- quite noisy as the hotel is on the road - bed smell from the carpets - basically no design in the rooms, basic, however the lobby area is nice
