We arrived early and were graciously allowed to check in early which was appreciated after an overnight flight. We had a balcony view from which we enjoyed watching the activity of the neighborhood. The facility was clean and the staff was helpful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The hot water and pressure was good. The bathroom was an open concept in a separate space but without a door. The room had a good air conditioner and the value was good for the price. The breakfast is accurately described in the hotel description and I suggest arriving early as the selection is limited towards the end. The location is close to restaurants and bars and we felt safe walking around at night. We could buy refreshments even after the bar was closed and offered a bucket of ice to keep them chilled while we relaxed in our room. There is also an elevator for easy access to the upper floor.

The location of the hotel is in walking distance of the weekend market and restaurants in Palermo. The hotel personnel were very helpful. We had a room with a balcony at the front side of the hotel, it was a specious room with a very high ceiling. The binder with suggestions about e.g. where to go for dinner was quite handy.

There is no TV in the room which is not such a problem but the WiFi signal was not strength enough in certain spots of the room which was sometimes a problem. The breakfast was quite basic as they mentioned.

The hotel is located in a very modern beautiful building with many open spaces and a wonderful glass elevator, decoration is cool most of the times and maybe too bold once, in the breakfast room. Breakfast was okay and the breakfast area was very nice to sit and have the first meal of the day. The room was spacious and tastefully decorated, the bed was big and comfortable. The reception staff members are professional and helpful. Location in Palermo is both convenient and safe. Value is great for such a trendy hotel and good location.

Extremely loud noise with drums and repetitive singing from a nearby Carnival outdoors venue did not allow me to sleep both nights. Saturday night was particularly epic. A TV set and and a tiny fridge in the room would have been welcome.

Staff are great and very welcoming. Always a smile on their face. Property is big and its a really cool, interesting place. Wifi throughout the property is great too.

Only thing I didnt like is the shower in the with the toilet, as if you need the bathroom within two hours after showering, everything is soaking wet. Plumbing is also super loud and just goes off randomly. Water pressure in the shower is great though and for overall price of stay, its nothing major.

The hotel staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to share great recommendations and were kind and professional. They also got me ice several times as I had arrived with a knee injury. The hotel is great for people with celiac's/gluten-free. They offered GF toasts and jam for breakfast upon request! The hotel has a very interesting interior/exterior design to it, and we could hear the birds in the morning, which was lovely.

We arrived very late at night and the staff greeted us at the door. They said we could check out a little late and use teh common areas as well, since we weren't there for long. The location was great and quiet. The free breakfast of bread, fruit, and coffee was much appreciated.

We booked the most basic room, so it was a little bit old, but we have no complaints!

The hotel had a lot of character, which was a nice change from the blandness of most hotels around the world. The room was nice (the bed was very comfortable), the breakfast was adequate, the location was great, and the whole staff was very nice and helpful!

Great character. Shabby chic. Great roof terrace. Good location for Palermo and central Buenos Aires. Huge bathroom and shower. Nice breakfast.

Room had no exterior windows / natural light and so was a little damp.

Decor, terrace and lounge areas, attention to detail and preservation of original features of the building. Great shower! Chill atmosphere.

Room was a bit too small. No problem if yours is a short stay. Breakfast could be improved.

Unique hotel in a nice location. Lots of restaurants nearby and neighborhood felt safe. Rooms were clean. We had to leave before breakfast so I can’t comment on that. We also had some slightly complicated transportation needs and the person checking us in taook care of all of it for us and everything was flawless.
