Really nice boutique hotel in the middle of Palermo. Close to restaurants and cafes. Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was good, AC excellent. Staff were friendly, kind, and helpful

Our room and bathroom was smaller than expected - it’s tight. Ours has a small balcony overlooking the pool with a door to let in fresh air (lovely) Would be nice if they could add a screen, as there were lots of mosquitoes. As the hotel is in the true heart of Palermo, it’s a bit of a walk to the metro - not a bad thing but something to be aware of.

Loved my stay at Mine Hotel in Buenos Aires! The room was small but well decorated and very cute. I also had a lovely view of the pool area. The front desk staff was SO attentive and very helpful; they had someone at reception 24/7. They also provide a booklet full of recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the city when you arrive which I thought was great touch. Highly recommend this property!

Warm and friendly staff. Restaurants and cafes are plenty within 10 min walk. Smart TV in the room was a plus. Breakfast offers a good variety and includes eggs cooked the way you want it. You can also coffee prepared the way that you like. Reception lent us a Sube card without us asking - really nice touch.

Nearest Sube station is 25 min walk. Rather small room. With 2 large suitcases, it gets very cramp.

Very customer-friendly staff, all of whom spoke English. Great breakfast.

Small bathroom with insufficient counter space for a hotel of this quality and price. If you are traveling to BsAs as a tourist, you need to be aware that the hotel is quite some distance from most of the things and places you will want to visit. Yes, there are lots of taxis and they are (still) quite cheap, but the traffic can be horrendous at peak times. And if you don't speak Spanish........

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the many restaurants in Palermo but still peaceful and no noise at night. It’s like an oasis full of staff who really look after you. Lots of lovely small touches such as daily news bulletins and helpful WhatsApp information. Staff couldn’t do enough to help without being intrusive. So clean ! Comfortable beds and great breakfast!

The location is amazing for the vibrant Palermo district. The hotel is beautifully designed and finished. The staff are among the best I've had in any stay worldwide. The extra touches are like a 5 star hotel: from restaurant advice, to activity advice, to weather reports hand written the night before. Simply amazing.

It took a while to work out the aircon

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen staff were amazing morning greeters and so helpful! The neighborhood had really great shopping close by. The staff wrote us a personal note on the return visit welcoming us back! The housekeepers were excellent and timed the cleaning around our excursions. The front desk staff was super helpful with recommendations for outings. Tango!!!

The room on the street was a bit noisy. The plumbing was a bit noisy.The hotel is a good hour's drive from the airport; however it was super easy to get Uber service to anywhere in the city.

The breakfast was delicious but very small and if folks were loud it disturbed your breakfast The smoking area by the pool made that area unpleasant when smokers were there Maybe the entire hotel could be non smoking including the pool and interior garden Thank you
