Tucked away in Palermo, we stumbled upon a gem of a hotel that instantly caught our attention. Surrounding us, a myriad of restaurants and bars awaited, all within easy walking distance. But it was the staff who truly shone, their excellence illuminating our entire experience. Despite my struggles with the Spanish language, their patience and understanding were unwavering, adding a touch of warmth to every interaction. The hotel's charm extended even to its attached café, a perfect haven for those moments of respite. Our stay spanned four nights, during which we embraced the tranquility of the neighborhood - a peaceful oasis amidst the city's hustle and bustle. And for our journeys beyond, the convenience of Uber seamlessly whisked us away to explore other corners of this vibrant metropolis. Reflecting on those days, it's the fusion of comfortable surroundings, welcoming faces, and the stories etched into the quiet streets that compose the symphony of our Palermo sojourn.

Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. The front desk staff spoke excellent English. There are many cafes and restaurants about 4 blocks from the hotel, an easy and safe walk.

The bathroom was large but strangely organised which meant it was a little difficult getting in and out of the shower/bathtub. There was no bathmat provided either. We had a transfer to the airport separately organised for 8:30am. The hotel has an attached coffee shop which we were told opened at 7:30am to serve our included breakfast. Unfortunately, it was close to 8am when they actually opened but the food selection was poor and uninviting. The espresso machine was not operating at that time either.

Room was massive and beds were comfy. Plenty of space for large suitcases. There is daily complimentary service of 2 water bottles, breakfast, and a sunset glass of wine. The hotel front door is locked so you have to be buzzed in - feels secure. Has a pool and sauna, but didn't get a chance to use. Quick walk to high end shopping and restaurants. We didn't stay long in the room as we stayed overnight between 2 flights. Front desk staff was great and booked a Tango Show with dinner for us, transportation from/to airport (German was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp), and guided us to a pharmacy and money exchange.

Had to pay a fee to check-in early. Breakfast variety is limited with one item you can order off the menus and a buffet of pastries.

Alejandro and Carlos from reception were the best!!!! The design location and spa amazing!!! We LOVED THE terrace and they even helped us and welcomed us with a bottle of red and chocolates for our honeymoon since moon!!!! Alejandro even provided us tips to walk around the city!!!

Towels but they are average like any hotel. Other than that we loved it!!!

The people were so kind, amazing and helpful. Appart from the lovely hotel itself with the pool, saunas and massage options (highly recommend especially after a long flight or day walking around), people working here definitely make ones stay exceptional.

Location (close to hot sports in Palermo SoHo) and the spa. I like the minimalistic decor.

The property needs a bit of life. It feels a bit lonely in there! They could use a restaurant for breakfast as well. The pool water needs to be skimmed often, it looks murky.

Beautiful hotel with large rooms and slick modern design. Great location in lovely neighborhood. Great pool and really friendly staff. Breakfast was great. They are doing some building work on restaurant of the hotel, but it did not affect our stay at all.

It was modern and stylish. Also very clean. The staff were enjoyable to talk to and informative.

For the Sauna and Swimming pool use, a minor thing, there was no changing room but a shower in the toilet. So you had to change in the toilets. There was no hooks or shelf to put things while you changed. It would have better if there was a proper changing room.

The hotel ia fairly new, very clean spacious and nice entrance compared to kther hotels in area staff are super helpful nice smalm gym and pool. Food is limited but very good tatse. Very clean woth central location!

Well located, excellent staff at the reception, breakfast restaurant very well set up, very modern menu with gourmet options, super kind and fast servings staff.
