First of all the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I was very surprised but by the attention they gave to all their clients, just like a 5*. Second, the beds were extremely comfortable and that was great given my mom has back pains. The pool area is beautiful, you get a nice view of the city (water not heated though). Finally, it’s all about the location. You are in the middle of everything you need (bars, restaurants, etc). Highly recommend, best value for money in my opinion!

The only negative maybe would be the bed size (we went for single beds and they were quite small) but again they were so comfortable that you don’t really care.

Our room was spacious with super comfortable beds and even had a bath tub. Shower had great pressure and lots of hot water, which is always appreciated. The location is perfect, with lots of bars and cafes right at your doorstep. The Buenos Aires Bus (yellow tour bus) is only a block or so away and easy to use. The staff we're also super friendly and accommodating.

The air conditioner and fridge in the room are quite noisy. Our room faced calle Serrano, and so the same nightlife you enjoy could be heard late from the room.

Great location and absolutely wonderful staff - from reception to cleaning. To say they're helpful is to say nothing. The guys answered every question and responded to every request with an amazing friendliness and patience and made sure my friends and I felt at home both in the hotel and in the city. Most of the staff speak good English, which is a very important plus in a country where English is not widely spoken. Also very good wi-fi everywhere from the room to the lobby and even in the elevator!

Everything was quite nice and everyone was doing their best, but the hotel will soon need renovation. However, the location and the staff more than compensate for any weak points and I would definitely stay there again.

The best feature of this hotel is the location you're surrounded by restaurants bars, pubs, and clubs, on the negative side it's just too close the building has no soundproofing features one can hear everything outside, and inside, if you are a light sleeper good luck getting some sleep, it's a walking distance from parks zoos and some tourist sites. The room although small had all the necessities needed safety deposit box, a nice large bathroom AC that worked daily cleaning services 24-hour security an amiable staff especially the day staff was very accommodating and friendly. Overall excellent value!

There was a small little cafeteria but the breakfast with all honesty wasn't anything appetizing I didn’t even try it. There was some dry toast some orange juice, and some percolated coffee plus the room was enclosed it felt like a dorm room. But overall I didn't care there are so many places to have breakfast and coffee, and the value of the hotel overrides any value of breakfast. This area of Palermo incorporates tourists but a lot of locals so you get to feel that you are part of the cultural experience there. What I noticed is the area night gathers in the majority a younger crowd

Perfect place to stay for one night before an early morning flight from AEP. Lots of restaurants in the area Nice neighborhood to wander. As I arrived before check in, the room was not ready which is totally OK, but they offered to message me when it was available which I very much appreciated.

The bathroom floods when you shower. Had I been there for more than one night this would have been annoying

The hotel is very nicely located in a lively area, with restaurants, bars, and some stores. I ended up staying in a studio apartment that belongs to the hotel, located one block away. The studio was modern, clean and comfortable. The staff of the hotel was super nice and helpful. The rooftop pool was nice, even if the pool was rather small and shallow.

The tv in the studio was not working. As a small downside of being in an off site studio was that I had to walk to the hotel for breakfast, but this was not a big deal since it was close by. Breakfast was not very impressive, I must say. The price could have been lower.

Second time in Buenos Aires. This time traveling alone. Loved this hotel because it was so well located, closed to many restaurants, cafes, bars. As a solo traveler, safety is my priority and this hotel was able to provide this for me. There is FD service 24/7 and all the employees were super helpful.

The location is fantastic. The room are nice, the bathrooms are now and super equipped and the bed is soo comfortable I slept like a baby. I need to be online constantly for work and the wifi connection there was amazing. Also, the personal was super nice, I travel with my parents and we should have been in different floors but they gave me and upgrade for free so we would be in the same floor.

The only thing I can thing is a really small silly thing and is that if you put the shower too strong, water falls into the floor so if you have clothes or shoes they get wet.

The silent, but it's because we are used to the sound of the A/c running at home. The A/c system of the room it's very quiet, which is good for some people, but for me I can't sleep without a "white noise"
