Amazing location, next to bars, restaurants and subway, safe neighborhood. The room with terrace was great, as well as the shower and the very comfortable bed. The breakfast: great fresh food, fruits, pastries, everything local, great service! The highlight is the staff, always very kind and helpful.

Nuss is in the heart of Palermo, great location, close to the best restaurants, walkable neighborhood. The room has a good size, the bed was very very very comfortable and there was no noise. The staff is nice and helpful.

Nothing, we liked everything. The only thing I thought was missing were more plugs in the bedroom.

The rooms are very confortable, not so the pillows (for me, my partner was ok with them) but cleanliness and confort are top quality, also the people attending are so entusiast in helping and very welcoming, location also is perfect almost 1 block from the serrano plaza so lots of bars and restaurants and things to do. Breakfast is also awesome with lots of offerings for all tastes

Very good breakfast available from 7:30-10:30. A number of cooked to order options, good fruit, toast, cereals and yogurt. Plenty of coffee, hot milk and tea. Lovely area on floor 3 to sit outside near the plunge pool. Easy to control temperature in the room.

Wish there had been boxes of tissues (Kleenex) in the rooms.

Location of the hotel is fantastic. We loved the neighborhood that it was in. The staff was exceptional especially at the front desk. They were very helpful anytime we needed them.

One of the reasons we booked the hotel Nuss was because it had a fitness room that we thought we might use for stretching and a quick workout during our travels. Unfortunately, the room was very tiny and not very functional.

Fabulous stay. Comfortable room, nice and quiet, with big comfy beds and fantastic breakfast. All staff couldn’t have done more to help. Really lovely. Also in a great location for meals and drinks.

Just provide water free of charge.

Love the location in the heart of the Palermo district of Buenos Aires. Hotel staff spoke excellent English which was a bonus for me as my Spanish is limited. It was great to be able to exchange money at the hotel which allowed exchanges closer to the "blue dollar".

Breakfast was pedestrian for a hotel of this quality -- though made to order eggs was a bonus. Lots of back and forth in messages about whether we might be able to get into a room early. In the end they weren't able to do it which was a bummer.

Very supportive reception; large and well-equipped room with comfortable beds. Very central in Palermo Soho, with plenty of options for dinner and late-night activities. I absolutely enjoyed the stay and would come back.

It seems that all rooms are directed to the streets, that are keeping very lively and noisy all through the nights especially on weekends. The windows are very tight, so if you are looking for the very special culture of Palermo Soho, it is perfect, when you are sensitive to noise and looking for some perfectly calm nights during the weekend, you may get disturbed.

Loved the location, the staff at the hotel were all so friendly and helpful! Lovely large room with great aircon! Bathroom a good size. spotlessly clean and all the amenities one could want. Excellent breakfast. Great value for money!

The hotel staff and management were welcoming and helpful with their recommendations. They also helped out when we had to change the dates of our trip at short notice due to flight cancellations.

The breakfast offering was disappointing.
