Wonderful small hotel. Full of character in San Telmo, which too, is full of charm & character as well. The staff were exceptional. All extremely welcoming, helpful & friendly. And a very special mention to Javier & Jasmine. Thankyou for the extra effort in your suggestions. Information & much more. The breakfast too was delicious & healthy. Lots of wonderful fruit choices as well. Also easy to begin conversations with fellow travellers. Bed & pillows super comfortable Recommend this intimate little hotel totally.

Loved everything. Nothing to complain about at all.

Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of choice: Eggs, pancakes, yoghurt, fresh fruit, cold cuts, pastries/croissants, etc. Great coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. Girls at reception were extremely helpful and spoked english well. There is a safe in the room. Hotel is located easy walking distance to La Boca, Temu markets and restaurants, and depending on your inclination a lovely walk with plenty to see on the way to Plaza de Maya. Public transport is easy to use. The metro is lovely and worth a trip. The girls at reception will lend you a transport card which you top up.

Bed was a bit firm. No elevator and floor heights are high so plenty of steps. The girls did help us take the bags to our room. We were on the 2nd floor. Room smelt a bit musty and it was hard to leave the windows open as windows opened onto a verandah with people walking past.

The staff were very helpful. My wife hurt her knee at the airport and the staff were exceptionally in helping us; changed our room to a ground floor one an helped source crutches, taxis no problem. Wonderful people.

Super helpful staff, always willing to help and go the extra mile, they made our stay ! The location is good and the style of the hotel is inventive and laid back. Lovely breakfast with sweet and salty options included. I would stay again but only on ground/ first floor rooms.

The hotel doesn't have a lift, which is a problem if you're carrying luggage to the 2nd floor up steep stairs (the staff are always willing to help) or going up several times a day. There are also some rooms accessed over a metal "see through" corridor on the second floor which may not be ideal for those with height fear

The room was good. Bed was comfortable and room was quiet. I would definitely stay here again but get a room on a lower floor. Breakfasts were great and very relaxing. Loved the coffee! I especially liked breakfast being available until 10AM as we were physically exhausted and doing late wake-ups. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Loved the decor.

An extra roll of TP would be good to be placed in the toilet room. We could have asked but we had a roll with us in our baggage so problem solved. We are backpackers and self sufficient. :) If I stayed here again, I would get a room on a lower floor. We had just finished hiking the W in Patagonia, Chile and the climb up the stairs was rough on our tired legs, but we survived. :) I could have asked for a room on a lower floor but didn't want to trouble with it. We were fine. Just letting people know there is no elevator.

Super charming boutique hotel with lovely courtyard. We arrived very early and the host was extremely friendly and welcoming, helped us with our many requests and needs. We felt very much at home! Breakfast is great and diverse. We had a twin room off the courtyard which was quiet and very cool and comfortable. We loved the neighborhood, so close to the heart of San Telmo but not right in the noisy center. Av Caseros feels like a hidden gem of cafes and restaurants and is only a block away, while the more touristic San Telmo Market etc is just a short walk away as well. And all for such a reasonable price!! Would absolutely return and highly recommend.

This is a lovely little hotel in the middle of the vibrant San Telmo area, which means lots of bars and restaurants nearby. A very good breakfast with lots of fruit and freshly squeezed orange juice. The room was a no frills room with a view to a wall but who has the time to sit in the room and look at the view in Buenos Aires anyway? It had everything we needed. And last but not least; the staff was lovely, every single one of them.

It had been better with an elevator for our old legs.

Perfect boutique hotel in just the right location to explore the most interesting areas of Buenos Aires. Lovely old world feel, with all of the modern comforts. Has high ceilings, tiled floors, great hot water and water pressure. Most importantly, the most welcoming and helpful staff. The staff helped with tour, restaurant, and laundry recommendations. We stayed twice in the last month for several nights each time. The first time on the first floor. These rooms have a higher ceiling and a little more room. The second time, we stayed on the second floor. These rooms seemed to have been added later. Still very charming. The breakfast was plentiful and fresh. The individually made coffees were hot and perfectly made. Two laundry services are within a block from the hotel with same day service available at very reasonable prices. Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around the hotel. We tried several of the "nobile" (historic) cafes and restaurants within walking distance, and they were highlights. Very reasonable price for this quality accommodation. When we come back, we will definitely stay here!

The girls at reception were amazingly helpful and most multilingual. Breakfast was plentiful and included eggs, toast, pancakes yogurt and lots of fresh fruit. A good way to start the day, however it was pretty much the same each day.

Climbing the stairs. We came twice. The first time we were on the 2nd floor. The floor heights are big so it’s quite a climb, especially with bags. The girls at reception will help you. The rooms smelt slightly musty.

We spent our first couple nights in Buenos Aires at the L’Adresse Boutique. It is in a great location to walk to San Telmo and to the centre. It felt safe and we walked everywhere in the area during the day and after dinner. The room was spacious and immaculately clean and had character. The free buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. The hotel staff were extremely helpful with advice and restaurant recommendations.
