The hotel itself is exceptionally good. The rooms were clean and attended without any issues. Waitresses in the Restaurant were serving well and attending to hotel guests needs.

Some Front desk staff spoke English but it was a very small number of them.

Breakfast was ok for me, they had options to choose since I don’t eat meats.

I really needed an iron and they do not have this electronic to ironing my clothes. They offer me that they had service there for them to do it for but I didn’t wanted them to do that for us.

It was confusing between booking.com not having my reservation when I arrived, and then having to pay more than I was told I was going to have to pay. I was very frustrated by that and I am going to try to get back the difference between the $108 I was quoted on Booking.com and $188 that I was charged by the hotel.

The location was perfect, easy to take a taxi and explore the city. The hotel looked very nice, like on the pictures. There was a swimming pool and a little gym. And the staff at the reception was wonderful.

The staff at the restaurant and the restaurant itself could use improving. They let us wait for a long time before we could order. The dishes on the menu were a disappointment. We ordered a salad that was literally lettuce with a lot of cheese. While other guests left when we arrived, their dirty plates stayed on the table until we left after eating. I think that is very bad. The breakfast could also use some improvement, for such a great and 4-star hotel, it was a very simple breakfast.

Slowest check-in ever!!!!! Extremely noisy due to location on 18lane road, even with windows shut.

It is a very impressive hotel, the breakfast was very tasty with a wide selection of dishes.
