Great location, very friendly staff. San Telmo is one of the oldest neighbourhoods in Buenos Aires and it's really domestic, calm and easy going. It feels safe. The coffee at the coffeehouse accross the street (Punto) is fantastic. The apartment is good to work remotely, it's clean and quiet. Facilities are good, it is very well equiped. The style of the apartment is also nice. I loved Babel Studios.

The apartment is very spacious and bed was comfortable. The location is great as you are near all the main city centre attractions as well as being a little bit outside the chaotic zone around Obelisco.

The windows weren't properly sealed around the edges which allowed cold and noise to pass through, it's a very simple thing to fix. Also the hot water supply was strange, for the most part it worked perfectly but at some points in the day it took a long time for the hot water to come out. Also the TV was a little small for the room.

We would like to express sincere gratitude to Alberto Fabian and the whole team of Babel Studios at México street. It is our first trip to Buenos Aires and we were greeted at Babel so warmly and were assisted so well during our whole stay. The room at Babel Studios is very modern, stylish, with excellent shower; mini-kitchen with all necessary utensils and kitchenware; a very comfortable bed with perfect mattress and even orthopaedic pillows - this is the first time we were sleeping so comfortably! It was warm despite the fact that we were staying here in winter - we rarely used the air conditioning. The Internet was stable enough, I was able to conduct my numerous online conferences with video and even share screen function, so, it seems that all those Internet troubles from the previous reviews are already in the past. I have conducted about a hundred of online classes during my stay and there has never been any single cancellation, the Internet was smooth. We enjoyed communicating with the whole team from Babel, - they are very hardworking, caring, amicable and friendly people, real professionals! It was a great pleasure and honour to stay at Babel Studios.

The cleanliness, the modern minimalistic industrial esthetic.

The external noise coming from outside at night is very high, and the light from inside of the department is kind of lacking somehow.

Good location near cafes, restaurants, shops and public transport Rooms are nice and clean look like the photos.

Only criticism is the towels don’t get changed so had the same towel for 4 days

Everything was perfect. Lil cute aparts of my favourite minimalistic style in the center of the city in a good and safe area, close to many restaurants. Comfy bed, nice lil kitchen, big bathroom and inner patio for smoking, supermarkets nearby and good price Stuff is friendly and helpful ♥️👌

the bed was so confortable. it was excellent the apartment.

the only problem is the neighborhood it’s very crowded during days, the problem is in the night it’s very solitary and it feels kind insecure. but the property it’s very secure and really nice.

A good location with a supermarket very close. The guy at the frontdesk was very friendly and took care of our bags (because we were to early for the check-in). The beds were very comfortable and the room was big. The room also contains a nice little kitchen and fridge.
