The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The location was excellent and the surrounding area felt very safe. No issues walking to Obelisk, Pink Palace or Conservation area.

Breakfast was a typical Argentinian hotel breakfast of processed ham, cheese, a variety of breads and some fruit. For a nicer property my expectation would have been for something better than average. The addition of usually cold scrambled eggs and the stale bread products did not help the rating.

Impossible to use the heated pool on cold days because they don´t shut the doors properly,cold wind and millions of mosquitos. Unfortunately there are never available appointments to get a massage. Their "spa" is basically just a sauna,expected more from that.

Spacious room, super clean and modern looking. We could do the check in online so when we arrived at night, we could get to our room in 2 min.

The roof above the breakfast area and pool was leaking. The saunas did not work very well (did not heat up properly)

Loved the double sinks and bidet in the bathroom. There were coffee/tea facilities in the room. Wifi is not secured but works well. Good selection at breakfast with a special toaster for making grilled cheese. The staff who checked us in was bubbly and provided us with useful information about a couple of tango shows we could watch nearby with transport included.

Shampoo was in a single use sachet. There were homeless sleeping right outside a few steps away from the hotel entrance so it doesn’t feel too safe. To charge your phone by the bed, you will need to remove the table lamp plug from the socket.

Attentive and kind staff. Great room and accommodation, with all commodities needed. Amazing location, near the San Telmo neighborhood and like 10min on foot from Plaza 25 de Mayo. Also super close to Puerto Madero!

The breakfast is quite varied, but very industrial and sometimes not cooked enough. We got thunderstorms and heavy rain during our stay, and there were lots of water damage in the breakfast room...

Stylish hotel in a great location in the San Telmo neighbourhood. Breakfast buffet was good, catering to many nationalities. Wifi, air conditioning and hot water all worked well. Comfortable beds. Buenos Aires and the hotel were hopping when we arrived at 1:30am, but no trouble checking in so late nor were we disturbed by any noise. Staff were great and very helpful, stored our luggage as we had a late departure.

I don’t like the story with the blocked sum. Before check-in the hotel debited near 30 000 pecos from my card. I thought it was prepayment sum, but not. During check in they asked to pay the whole sum of my reservation. 30 000 pecos was as they said a guarantee which will returned only after check-out!!!! what a surprise! hotel have to inform about it in the booking. I still didn’t receive these money back, as they said it may take 15-20 days!!!

The hotel is near to the red hop on hop off bus stop (2-3 blocks). The area felt safe to walk in the day and evening. We can't comment about safely for walking later in the evening as we were back by 9 p.m. each night. The room was large and clean. Very large bathroom.

This place was great! Excellent staff and food and laundry room service. Clean and spacious room (unsure if we were upgraded, but it was massive for two people). My partner and I were a bit sick and having a large, comfortable bed with room service just made the experience of recovering so much better. Location is also fantastic and close to the street markets and musuem.

The morning buffet breakfast was quite busy, but there are awesome local cafes around the vicinity that have incredible coffee.

The room was clean and big.

* The breakfast was really poor. No vegetables at all, only pastries, coffee, ham and cheese. You should really add some cut vegetables or salad to the breakfast. * The location is OK but not great. It's in San Telmo and lots of publicity transportation is around, but all the shops and night life is at least 20+ minutes walk. * we've arrived at 08:30 and had to wait for the check-in at 14:00 although I sent them several messages few days before that asking for an early check in. No reply from the hotel though. I belive there were no rooms available for an early check-in and that's why we had to wait, but yet it wasn't super. The staff did let us keep our luggage stored while we were traveling the city.
